Best buy had them for 49.99 each, while FYE had them on sale for 39.99

I noticed silvervision had a few "limited edition" of PPV dues to release soon. Is the US doing this as well or is this just some UK gimmick?

Unless laws have changed (and a few things have since digital media has become king) then it's not illegal to own things that are not offered through other means. I'm not sure if the 24/7 channel count for this though. But you might want to look into it more if you're not willing to risk it. Odds are, though, at most the seller would get a cease and desist and not much would happen to you if anything.

- WWE will be releasing a “RAW: 2009 Season” three-disc DVD set on January 26th, 2009. This may end up being released on Bluray also.
