Nice choice of main event for Wrestlemania, should be an interesting dynamic, would like to see a new champion (not Batista though k?). As for everything else that is going on, Burchill/Punk at Wrestlemania sounds fantastic, that has the potential to steal the show imo, and I hope Burchill wins. ECW was also real nice, awesome to see Thorn win, I hope he gets a push.
Smackdown also sounds good, Hardy/Kane sounds like a good main event, and I'd like to see what Undertaker has to say about Kane. Keep it up man

February 27th, 2009 Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield, California Attendance: 9,013
This week’s Smackdown! kicked off with a video package showing highlights from last week’s show. It showed Edge & Shelton Benjamin beating Jeff Hardy and Triple H, and then it showed Shelton and Edge fighting over the WWE Title until Jeff laid them both out.
Our announce team welcomes us to the show and remind us that tonight’s main event it a big one. In non-title action, our WWE Champion Jeff Hardy has forced to face the monster that is Kane as punishment from Vickie Guerrero. Plus, tonight we will witness the next chapter in what has become a rivalry between Triple H and Shelton Benjamin.
Edge’s theme music hits as he makes his way to the ring with Vickie Guerrero. He gets on the microphone and says that his lovely wife has been kind enough to give him the night off tonight. But she was also kind enough to book Jeff Hardy vs. Kane tonight. He says that’s a good idea because Jeff will need all the practice he can get to be ready to face the “Rated R Superstar” at WrestleMania. This brings out Shane McMahon. He says that despite Edge’s feelings, he thinks that Jeff fighting Kane while Edge gets the night off. So next week on Smackdown, it will be the opposite. Jeff will get the night off, but Edge will be in action against…Kane’s brother, The Undertaker! The crowd goes nuts at the sound of this while Edge & Vickie look pissed off.
Commercial Break.
Singles Match Harry Smith w/ TJ Wilson & Natalya vs. Montel Vontavious Porter
Despite being a very good tag team, the New Hart Foundation are also pretty darn good singles wrestlers and Smith and MVP put on a surprisingly good match. Smith was in control in the early going as he used a camel clutch to wear down MVP. MVP fought back and got the upper hand when Smith ran at him and he took him over with a snap belly-to-belly suplex. He followed up with the “Ballin” elbow drop but only got a two. MVP put the match away when he nailed Smith with the Drive-By.
Winner: MVP (7:45) **¾
After the match, MVP got on the microphone and said that lately he’s been having a problem with Mr. Kennedy. He announces that he’s been told by Shane McMahon that next week on Smackdown! it will be MVP vs. Mr. Kennedy in a Money in the Bank Qualifying match! He guarantees victory and that he will prove that he’s better than Mr. Kennedy.
Commercial Break.
We return and see Edge complaining to Vickie about having to face the Undertaker next week. She says that there’s nothing she can do about it which pisses off Edge even more. She then says that she thinks she might be able to find some help for him next week which makes him feel a little better.
Divas Tag Team Match Divas Champion Natalya & Maryse vs. Michelle McCool & Gail Kim
This turned out to be a very good tag team match as all four girls are good in the ring. The heels worked over McCool and targeted her leg. Natalya nailed a knee breaker and Maryse hit a dragon screw. Eventually though, McCool got free and made the tag to Kim who came in and cleaned house. She traded shots with the champ, but finished off Maryse with her neck breaker slam finisher.
Winners: Gail Kim & Michelle McCool (5:58) **¼
After the match Natalya tried to attack Kim with the Divas Title but Kim ducked and began to nail her with stiff shots until she knocked the champ down. Out of nowhere, Raw’s Beth Phoenix runs in the ring and takes out Kim. McCool runs at her but also gets taken down. Phoenix and Natalya stomp on Kim and Phoenix nails her with the Glam Slam. The two female champions pose with their titles as Jim Ross remembers that they talked about forming an alliance back at the Royal Rumble.
Commercial Break.
The video package for your next Hall of Fame inductee is shown and it is Bob Backlund who will be inducted by Pedro Morales. We are also told again that Mr. T will be involved in WrestleMania.
Commercial Break.
Singles Match Shelton Benjamin vs. Triple H
This was another fairly good match between these two in their rivalry they’ve had over the past few years. Shelton won their last meeting during the Royal Rumble mini tournament. Triple H attacked Shelton early with a flurry of rights and lefts but Shelton got on the offensive and worked over Triple H’s neck. He used a few rest holds and a neck breaker on him. Triple H hit him with a big running knee that stopped Shelton’s momentum. Both men were down though. They got up at the same time and Shelton went for Paydirt, but Triple H held onto the ropes and Shelton went down without him. Triple H waited for him to get up and nailed him with the Pedigree. This brought out Umaga, who was holding a sledgehammer, and he got in the ring without Triple H noticing and he knocked out Triple H with a shot to the back.
Winner by DQ: Triple H (9:16) ***
Umaga dragged The Game into the corner and nailed his Samoan Wrecking Ball. Triple H looked to be knocked out by the time officials came to stop Umaga. After taking out a few officials, Umaga finally stopped his assault.
Commercial Break.
Mr. Kennedy is seen walking backstage when he stops because he sees MVP. He asks MVP why he doesn’t want to be in the Money in the Bank. MVP says that he does so Kennedy asks why put himself in a qualifying match against a former Money in the Bank winner. MVP says none of that matters because next week he will prove that he is better than him. Kennedy gets mad at this and slaps MVP and two begin to brawl backstage until they are separated and Mr. Kennedy’s theme music hits. He leaves towards the arena.
Singles Match Mr. Kennedy vs. Jimmy Wang Yang
Our United States Champion, Hurricane Helms was doing commentary during the match. He said that he suffered a minor injury at No Way Out and that’s why he hasn’t been in action the last two weeks but he will be back in the ring next week. He also says that he’s watching this because both of these men are threats to his title. For the people who expected this to be a squash, they were wrong as Yang got in a lot of offense. He actually had the advantage majority of the match until he went for his moonsault finisher and Kennedy ducked out of the way. Once Yang got up, he dropped him with the Mic Check.
Winner: Mr. Kennedy (6:15) **
Post match, Kennedy got on the microphone and announced that he was the winner and he will win again next week and again at WrestleMania.
We cut backstage where we see the WWE Champion Jeff Hardy getting ready for his big match tonight. Jim Ross and Tazz hype up the main event.
Commercial Break.
Non-Title Tag Team Match WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo vs. Ezekiel Jackson & The Brian Kendrick
The Colons were still showing some of the effects of last week’s attack from Kane. The champs were in control throughout the match as they are the more experienced team. Ezekiel’s strength proved to be a big factor in the match though as the Colons had no answer for it. He hit some big powerful moves and then tagged in Kendrick. That’s when Carlito used his size advantage over Kendrick. He started hitting the big moves. He told Primo something and that led to Primo getting into a fight with Ezekiel on the outside, which proved to be a distraction for the big man. Kendrick though, went for the The Kendrick but Carlito pushed him into the corner and when he fell backwards, Carlito caught him with the Back Cracker.
Winners: WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo (8:01) **½
After the match, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder attempted to jump the champs, but Carlito and Primo expected it and fought with both men for a while until The Colons hit Hawkins & Ryder with back body drops onto the steel ramp.
Commercial Break.
Non-Title Singles Match Kane w/ Paul Bearer vs. WWE Champion Jeff Hardy
This turned out to be a great main event. Kane is back in good shape and looked really good in the ring. Kane just assaulted Jeff early on by using side slams, chokes and even a few big clotheslines. Jeff eventually used his speed to get back into the match as he’d hit a move and get out of the way of Kane’s next attempt. This worked for a while and he even caught Kane with the Twist of Fate but he kicked out. A little bit later, Jeff climbed the top for the Swanton, but Kane sat up and grabbed him by the throat and chokeslammed him off the top rope. Suddenly, a gong goes off and the lights cut off. When they come back on The Undertaker is walking down the ramp and Kane goes outside and meets him head on. The two brothers battle up the ramp as the referee counts out Kane.
Winner by count out: WWE Champion Jeff Hardy (12:35) ***½
Kane and The Undertaker keep battling up the ramp until they were near the edge. Back in the ring, Edge ran in from the crowd and laid out Jeff with a chair, then hit him with the one man con-chair-to. He posed but got distracted and began to watch the brothers fighting up the ramp. Undertaker was close to knocking his brother off but Kane ended up with the advantage and chokeslammed his brother off the ramp, just like he did to the WWE Tag Team Champions last week as Smackdown went off the air.

Good opening segment, although the announcement of Edge/Taker should have been later in the show instead of falsely making the crowd buzz. But I do like that idea. Good idea to do MVp-Kennedy with something on the line. Somewhat interesting stuff there with the divas. Really glad Shelton didn't do the total job. HHH-Umaga seems like it's going to be at Wrestlemania. Sucks to see The Colons beat Zeke + TBK. Good ending to SD, brought back memories from when Kane was good. And good call to not have either man job. Good show.

-Plans right now have at least one of the current top Champions in WWE retaining their title at WrestleMania 25. No word on which champion though. -With Smackdown's midcard being really good expect them to have the most Superstars in this year's Money in the Bank match. -We are sad to report that due to the knee injury he suffered a few weeks back, The Great Khali has been forced to retire. He has been in India for the past few weeks and he will stay there and rest his knee. With him gone the WWE has released Ranjin Sighn. They wish both men the best in the future. -Big news as the WWE have signed indy wrestling standout, 21 year old Tyler Black. Plans are for him to debut in the coming months on ECW.

- Edge/Taker next week should be really good. - Good win for MVP and I’m really happy to see your using Harry Smith in singles action. He and Wilson are very good workers. - Women’s match was alright. Beth on SD? Perhaps making one championship, that would be nice. - Umaga/HHH could be good if Umaga actually wins a match. - Good too see Yang getting a good amount of offense in. Perhaps a push for Yang? That’d be cool. - Solid tag team title match. Hopefully Carlito is scheduled for big things in this diary. - Very good main event and the ending to the show was really interesting. Making Kane a legit monster is good to see. - Good show.

Smackdown -
Hardy vs. Kane is a nice main event, looking forward to it.
Opening match was good, i like Harry Smith but MVP had to win.
MITB qualifying match, hopefully MVP wins as i'm not a fan of Kennedy no more.
Edge vs. Taker will be fun, some help? hmmmmm.
Nice to see Shelton competing with Trips, was never a fan of Umaga/HHH feud from last year as Triple H made him look crap but hopefully you do a better job.
no Kennedy you won't beat MVP! lol
Suprised the tag champs won as it was non title, no complaints though.
Kane with Paul Bearer again is awesome, and a very entertaining ending. overall this was a good show.

March 2nd, 2009 Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada Attendance: 17,156
A video package opens Raw, showing Chris Jericho defeating World Champion John Cena last week with the help of Randy Orton. It then shows Jericho nailing Orton with the Codebreaker when Orton went to punt Cena.
Before our announce team can welcome us to tonight’s show, Chris Jericho’s theme music hits as he makes his way to the ring. He gets on the microphone and begins to brag about last week’s victory over the World Champion, John Cena. He shows us the footage of his win. He says that since he now holds a pinfall over the Champ, he should get a one on one title shot at WrestleMania. This brings out Randy Orton, who is flanked by Cody Rhodes and Manu. He says that if it wasn’t for him, Jericho wouldn’t have even come close to beating Cena and if it wasn’t for Jericho, he might’ve taken out the Champ for good last week with a punt. Jericho and Orton look like they’re ready to fight but Mr. McMahon and his daughter, Stephanie come out. They say that tonight’s one on one match between the four competitors at the WrestleMania 25 main event will be Batista vs. Randy Orton so they doesn’t want to see Orton and Jericho go at it right now. But next week’s main event will be Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho. After they announce this, the McMahons leave while Jericho and Orton stare each other down.
Commercial Break.
Singles Match John Morrison w/ The Miz vs. Scotty Goldman w/ Ace Steel
During the match the announcers say that next week on Raw, John Morrison and The Miz will defend their World Tag Team Titles against the Second City Saints. This was a solid one on one encounter as both men are pretty good singles competitors. Goldman used some interesting offense including a flying butt bump in the corner and Morrison nailed him with a big springboard kick but both men only got two counts. After a few minutes of back and forth action, Goldman trapped Morrison in the Chicago Crab but Miz distracted the referee and slid his title in the ring. Steel pulled Miz off the apron and fought with him. Goldman let go of the Crab to find out what was going on. When he turned back to Morrison, he got laid out with the title belt and took the loss.
Winner: John Morrison (7:11) **¾
Post match, Michael Cole announces that at WrestleMania 25 three bands will be joining Saliva and performing. As we already know, Saliva will perform Batista’s theme song. The next band to join us in Houston will be Endeverafter as they will be performing the theme music of the WWE Champion, Jeff Hardy.
Commercial Break.
Divas Match Jillian Hall vs. Melina
Your basic women’s match. Melina was easily the crowd favorite and basically controlled the majority of the match. Jillian did get in her fair share of offense but everything went downhill for her when she attempted to cartwheel into a splash in the corner, but missed. This led to Melina nailing the Last Call and ending the match.
Winner: Melina (5:02) **
As Melina was celebrating her victory, Beth Phoenix came down to the ring and attacked her. Melina began to take the upper hand but Smackdown’s Natalya came from the crowd and helped Beth take out Melina. Just like on Smackdown! last week, the two female Champions pose with their titles.
Commercial Break.
In the back, Todd Grisham caught up with Natalya and Beth Phoenix. Natalya says that back at the Royal Rumble, she told Beth that they would make a great team that could take out all the Divas on the WWE roster. She said that they are the dominant females in WWE and they have the titles to prove it.
We are not greeted with the announcement of the next WWE Hall of Fame inductee and it will be The British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith. He will be inducted by his son Harry Smith.
Commercial Break.
Tag Team Match Intercontinental Champion CM Punk & Shawn Michaels vs. JBL & Paul Burchill w/ Katie Lea
JBL and Paul Burchill had the tough task of taking on the dream team of HBK and CM Punk. The heels did manage to control the early portion of the match as they wore down Punk. JBL and Burchill used powerful moves to work him over. Punk had two chances to make the tag to Michaels but each time he was stopped by his opponents. JBL went for the Clothesline from Hell on Punk, but he ducked and made the diving tag to Michaels who came in and cleaned house. He nailed Burchill with Sweet Chin Music but he wasn’t the legal man. Michaels turned around and got caught with a Clothesline from Hell but Punk broke up the count. Punk caught JBL with Go 2 Sleep and Michaels hit him with Sweet Chin Music to finish it.
Winners: Shawn Michaels and Intercontinental Champion CM Punk (10:16) ***
Commercial Break.
The World Heavyweight Champion, John Cena makes his way to the ring. He gets on the microphone and talks about how Randy Orton cost him his return match last week with Chris Jericho. He said that it seems like the only person in the WrestleMania Four-Way who hasn’t tried to screw him over is Batista. This brings out Batista who gets in the ring. He gets in Cena’s face and says that just because he hasn’t screwed Cena over doesn’t mean that he and Cena are friends. It also doesn’t mean that Cena can trust Batista because he will do whatever it takes to take home the World Title at WrestleMania. Cena says that he can respect that. Out of nowhere, Chris Jericho comes from the crowd with a chair and nails Cena in the back. He yells to Batista that they should take out the champion and Batista ponders it but spears Jericho to end the segment.
Commercial Break.
We are shown a video package showing The Technicians training like Charlie Haas said they would last week.
Tag Team Match Cody Rhodes & Manu vs. Rey Mysterio & Kofi Kingston
This match was basically put here to promote the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania as Rey Mysterio and Cody Rhodes are the only two men who have qualified so far. Manu continued to look sloppy in this match but the other three men were on their game and saved this match. Cody continues to shine in his recent push. Mysterio and Kofi controlled the match and used their speed to work over their opponents. They went back and forth and the finish came when Kofi nailed Manu with Trouble in Paradise.
Winner: Kofi Kingston & Rey Mysterio (7:30) **¼
In the back we see Shawn Michaels talking with CM Punk about their match earlier. Michaels says that Punk is a great worker and shakes his hand before leaving. As Michaels is walking down the hall he is laid out with a steel chair from out of nowhere. The man wielding the chair is none other than JBL who screams at Michaels, telling him that it all ends at WrestleMania!
Commercial Break.
Singles Match Batista vs. Randy Orton
Orton came to the ring without Legacy but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t watching closely, waiting for the right time to interfere. This turned out to be a good main event, much like their match back at Armageddon. Batista dominated the early portion with his strength. Orton wore down the big man midway through the match with a sleeper hold but Batista fought out of it. Orton got back on the offensive though and he took control of the match. Batista made his big comeback and nailed Orton with a spinebuster. This brought of Cody Rhodes and Manu but Batista made quick work of them and when he turned around he got caught in an RKO.
Winner: Randy Orton (11:13) **¾
Post match, Legacy began to beat down on Batista but out came the World Champion to make the save. He cleaned house and Legacy retreated up the ramp. Cena turned around and instead of Batista thanking him; the big man dropped him with a spinebuster. Batista shrugs his shoulders as if to say “oh well” as Raw goes off the air with Batista staring down Orton.

Copying my Vengeance there with the main event . Batista/Jericho is actually bigger than Orton/Jericho. The opening match seemed like it belonged more on ECW or SD than Raw. I like this Beth/Natalya alliance and I'm wondering where it'll lead to for Mania. Good call having Bulldog in the HOF. HBK & Punk is a good team, and glad they won. Nice teases there with Batista possibly turning on Cena. Again, Kofi & Rey winning made sense because they are the better team. Nice way for JBL to get the upper hand. Orton winning is good, and I like the closing to the show because it takes attention off the fact that Batista lost. Good show.

Good Raw, like that Morrison won by cheating, that's turning into a nice little angle there. Plus, the Natalya/Glamazon thing is looking good but I don't think it will last and I think they're going to face each other at Wrestlemania, and that will be awesome. I'm loving Bulldog in the hall of fame, and the HBK/JBL angle is really picking up steam here. Would of liked the focus to be more on Punk/Burchill but that's not going to happen lol. Nice mid-card tag match too, and the main event was really well booked, Orton going over but Batista stays strong, and Cena looking like a chode. Good work.

- Pretty Much a given Morrison would win. But good sounding match by far. - Allways hated Jillian, so happy Melina won - Yay, Davey Boy Smith In! - Punk and Micheals is a a good tag team, good to see them win. I'm thinking your pushing Burchill? - for some reason i didn't like your decison on Rey Mysterio and Kingston winning, I like Rhodes and Manu more, and I think they should be pushed if there not allready being pushed. - Batista vs Randy Orton seems to happen alot nowadays in both sims and real life. So not that great to see this match as main event. -Overal good show, just to tell you, your Smackdown Vid is down for Copyright Claim.

Decent opening promo to kick off WWE RAW, the decision of the upcoming matches for the four main eventers at WrestleMania XXV. John Morrison beating Scotty Goldman is predictable, seemed pretty good of a match. Good way to open up inside the ring. Melina and Jillian Hall didn't have too bad a match, hopefully you build Jillian up as a good contender to Melina's title. Solid tag team match there, CM Punk teaming with Shawn Michaels is awesome, beating John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul Burchill. Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio beating Cody Rhodes and Manu is fine, hate Manu, he's useless. Decent main event to close WWE RAW.

March 3rd, 2009 Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada Attendance: 17,156
ECW opens with a video package showing Matt Hardy laid out in backstage last week. It then shows Elijah Burke beating Tommy Dreamer and then revealing that it was indeed him that attacked Matt Hardy.
Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcome us to another exciting edition of ECW. They announce that tonight, the ECW Champion Matt Hardy and his WrestleMania opponent Elijah Burke will both pick mystery tag team partners and do battle in Extreme Rules tag team action.
Singles Match Mark Henry w/ Tony Atlas vs. The Boogeyman
This was Henry’s return to the ring after a few weeks off to get back on track. Boogeyman proved to be a tough opponent for him in the early going. He was taking all of Henry’s big offense and after a few he returned some of it and had the big man reeling. He went for the Boogeyslam but couldn’t pick up Henry, who elbowed Boogeyman in the head a hit the World’s Strongest Slam.
Winner: Mark Henry (4:56) *¾
The announcers promote that the Television Champion Evan Bourne will take on Mike Knox in our next match and it will be a Money in the Bank Qualifying match.
Commercial Break.
Elijah Burke makes his way to the ring and gets on the microphone. He says that last week he made an impact here on ECW. He made a statement that he is a force to be reckoned and that he will become your next ECW Champion at WrestleMania! Onto tonight, he said that he has found a formidable partner in somebody who has only been pinned once in his career. That’s right, he chooses The All-American American, Jack Swagger. Swagger comes out and shakes hands with Burke in the ring. He says that Matt can’t even choose his biggest rival, Evan Bourne, to be his partner because Bourne is already wrestling tonight. This brings out Matt who says that he found the perfect partner for an Extreme Rules match. Tommy Dreamer shows up behind Burke and Swagger and lays both men out with a Singapore cane as we head to commercial.
Commercial Break.
Money in the Bank Qualifying Match Television Champion Evan Bourne vs. Mike Knox
Bourne was easily the crowd favorite here. Knox has really fallen off the map it seems, as he didn’t do much in this match. He didn’t even make it seem like Bourne was in danger of losing, but he did nail a couple of powerhouse type moves. In the end though, Bourne made the underdog comeback and eventually finished off Knox with the Shooting Star Press.
Winner: Television Champion Evan Bourne (6:11) **
We cut to a promo of Kevin Thorn in a dark alley it seems. He talks about how he will take over ECW, but he will do it with the help of some “friends”.
Commercial Break.
We are shown the highlight video announcing that The British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith will be our next inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame and that he will be inducted by his son, Harry Smith. Then we’re reminded of the announcement that Endeverafter will be performing Jeff Hardy’s theme music at WrestleMania!
Singles Match The Miz w/ John Morrison vs. Ace Steel w/ Scotty Goldman
Last night on Raw, John Morrison defeated Scotty Goldman and tonight’s singles match between the teams was very much the same, just not as good. Miz has really shown improvement lately and Steel had trouble with him. John Morrison attempted to interfere but Goldman cut him off and fought with him on the outside while on the inside, Steel nailed Miz with the Steel Spike for the win.
Winner: Ace Steel (6:15) **½
After the match, The Second City Saints celebrated while Miz & Morrison left up the ramp and were very upset.
Commercial Break.
Extreme Rules Tag Team Match Elijah Burke & Jack Swagger vs. ECW Champion Matt Hardy & Tommy Dreamer
This turned out to be a very exciting main event. The crowd was into it and they used a decent amount of weapons. Swagger was out of his element in Extreme Rules, but it didn’t look like it as he was swinging chairs and battling with Dreamer for the most part. Hardy and Burke just seemed to really dislike each other and they were brawling throughout. They brawled all the way into the crowd until Matt dropped him with a Twist of Fate onto concrete. He made his way back to the ring where Dreamer planted Swagger with a DDT. With Swagger laying face down, Dreamer laid a chair on his head and Matt delivered a leg drop off the top rope onto the chair for the win.
Winners: ECW Champion Matt Hardy & Tommy Dreamer (9:17) ***
Post match, the winners celebrated as the camera showed Burke just getting up and seeing the result of the match. He looked pissed off.

I did have a decent sized feedback typed up for this but the damn internet cut just as I clicked post. So, I guess I'll do a brief summery. I'm going for Elijah to win the ECW Championship at Wrestlemania, was happy to see Matt and Tommy win tonight as it puts the brands world champion over. Was happy to see Evan Bourne get in to Money in the Bank, I can see him being teased as a winner to be honest, but lossing out at the last minute.

That WM25/Cena poster looks pretty damn good. I think the layout needs a little change. ECW was a good show. Good that Boogey lost as I can't stand him, but I also can't stand Henry either lol. Awesome that Bourne is in MITB. Nice promo by Burke, loving the push he is getting in this diary. Extreme Rules tag team match looked good. WM card is shaping up great dude.

Not sure about making Boogey look like a jobber, but it certainly helped Henry. Bourne in MITB is a great idea, maybe a SSP off the ladder? Miz-Steel was ok. Good main event, and I actually thought the heels would win. But glad Burke did not job. Decent show for ECW standards.
