How do we know that ''Shef'' isn't just making this up? Has Metlzer really reported it?

This story is bull. Kane in a major push?? he just jobbed to Cena. Kanes been jobbing for two years. They aren't going ot involve him in a major storyline expecally retireing HBK at BACKLASH!! No way in hell. Why in the blue hell would HBK the man who retired Ric Flair, Mr. Wrestlemania, a) have another retirement match the next year vs Taker. b) loose to a jobber like Kane sorry its true at Backlash of all places. This story is another good but rumor all the less if you belive it your a mark

That's a terrific idea, but the numerous amount of spelling errors in the article make me believe that it's fake.

The best part about it is that it's Undertaker and Shawn Michaels we're talking about. They don't even need a story leading into the show. The match sells on paper alone.

This would be truly epic. I am so pissed that it will probably be changed now.
But damnn. kane, Undertaker, and HBK retiring pretty much only a few months a part? If that's true, than 2009 will be a dark year for the WWE IMO. Kane is one of the only reasons I watch WWE (sad... I know, as WWE does nothing with him).

It's only a good storyline if HBK retires the next year at Mania to have three retirements (flair, taker, hbk) back to back to back. If HBK retires to Kane at Backlash this would not be a good storyline. But it's BS if you saw Armageddeon. HBK is now JBL's slave/body gaurd insurance policy whatever, but they dont do a gimmick like this that doesnt last in a semi-long to long feud so either both JBL and HBK will be in the money in the bank match or they will fight eachother at Mania (which is a BS feud for HBK atMania - JBL?) This wasprob suppossed to be MVP that was the slave cause he lost his million$ contract by loosing too much on smackdown , but they changed it and made the best guy in wrestling - hbk - the slave. bad mania match for hbk, but i doubt hes fighting taker now. only way of saving this and not having a jbl/hbkmania match is if hbk breaks up with jbl fights him at noway out then both are in the money in the bank and hbk tries to become wwe champion "one last time" before retiring, wins the money in the bank and wins the belt, and maybe retires at mania 26, but id like for him to go one more year or two, but it wont happen - he may make a one match return though, but guys never never retire in wrestling (look at sting, nash, etc, etc) so no one retires/ jbl/hbk is BAD for mania, fine for a in the year ppvfeud, but hbkis too important for mania, hopefully theyre both in the money in the bank match, but thats unlikely. dam n it!!!!

hbk's last match w/ kane?
no way
he can do better
i think him jobbing to taker should be both of their last matches.

The angle sounds effing great, but I do not, let me repeat, DO NOT want an interference in what could be one of the greatest WM matches ever. Maybe if HBK wants to stay face he could say, if he wins Undertaker stays, if Taker wins he can finally return home.

Surely they can't have both Austin and Undertaker retire at the same Wrestlemania?
While the angle sounds great, I'd hate to have Kane interfear in the Match at Wrestlemania. Without a doubt come down to the ring after, but during the Match... just no.

I hope they change this now, I soo regret reading this, I would love Taker to have 1 more badass run, but it ain't happening and Shawns getting rusty in the ring, not sure about Kane though.. I think he has a couple of years left in him. Where are they going with the JBL/Shawn Michaels storyline.. I'm getting that'll end very swiftly, maybe turn on him this week on RAW? It's all too confusing for me.. lol. Oh well, we'll see, I'll be watching Wrestlemania.. it's sure to be a phenominal show.

Bruce Prichard has just lost all of my respect. All of it. This guy has the nerve to ruin what could of been the best storyline WWE has had in a very, very long time, involving three of the best superstars in WWE history. All this because he is a baby. This could of been a great send off for a great superstar. Two actually. And yet because this guy gets fired he has to ruin it for all the fans. Doesn't he realize it isn't about him? It's about the fans. Lack of respect for all of these fans. And this is just self-centered. Why you ask me? Because he ruined a great storyline for the people that made him just to please himself. That is self-centered, and disrespectful to everyone involved with the WWE, and no not just the employees, the people that spend their money on this. Lowlife.

If this happens, this may save Mania this year. But it will not because you dont mess with Brother love, and if you do, he'll give you tough love.
