- The following is the official description for TNA's January PPV Genesis:
"Some call him a hardcore legend, a daredevil…a risk-taker. He is Mick Foley. He crossed the line and came to TNA to challenge some of the greatest athletes and legends. Now he's ready to make history inside the six-sided ring."
From the sounds of this Mick Foley may very well be wrestling on this event. I know that Foley vs Angle is in the cards for some time in 2009 but at last word Lockdown was the most likely candidate for the match.

Some dirt sheets are so flippin' stupid. They're saying Foley vs. Angle at Genesis which is impossible. Why? Angle wins at FR he gets Jarrett at Genesis.. if he loses he's "gone".

Damn TNA likes to jump the gun a lot. How the freak are they jumping the gun? He came into TNA in October that's 3-4 months. If they do the match I think they're gonna do (Shelley vs. Foley) I see no problem with it. |

yea cuz Shelley/Foley has been a dream match of wrestling fans for years (sarcasm) because Foley vs anyone else in TNA is a dream match right. there is no Foley dream match, so they might as well further a storyline or put someone over. |
