I'm only doing 2 matches at a time. I work Midnight to Noon, so I don't get a lot done during the day. I'll post the other ones soon.
Open Stip 3-Way
Dave10878's Rick Steiner- The only DA out of the 3 but I dig it. I remember this Steiner singlet more than the other one. The specks of color look good. The 2 differnet boots seem to be painted really nice and it seems like you used the red boot with the white top as part of his sock? If that's the case, sand off the laces in the front. The custom is pretty smooth. Maybe add some stubble on the chin like I tell Jessetweiss to do. I'm not sure if you did the tattoo but since you didn't take a picture of it, I'm assuming you didn't.
Jessetweiss's Rick Steiner- The first think I notice about the figure is the skintone. It looks good but it also is a bit strange looking. I dunno if you didn't seal it but it just looks a bit chalky. The painting looks alright. Pretty simple Steiner singlet to use out of all his complex ones that he had. Headgear looks fine. I wouldn't mind seeing a little bit of stubble on Rick since he was never exactly clean shaven with just the stache, as far as I remember. Just a little bit of stubble on the chin would make it look a little better. The painted belt is a nice touch. The 2 different boots are nice. Kudos on adding the tattoo.
Sith's Sting- First off, if you're going to be in these custom competitions, you need bigger pictures. It's so hard to judge when the pictures are so small. I've seen this Sting combo so many times. Pretty cut and dry. Cena head with Sting paint. I'm not a fan. The torso is too big, in my opinion. Tights and boots look ok, the scorpion is good from what I see but the small pics hurt it.
My vote goes for jessetweiss's Rick Steiner.
Old School vs. New School 3-Way.
Nova- I love the idea of doing someone like Dick the Bruiser. This figure seems a bit rushed. I also hate the skintone on this one. Just seems too blah to me. The head looks good. The tight painting looks good but the sock painting is a bit sloppy. Maybe you made them that way to make for the ridges in the socks but they just come off as sloppy.
Saveus- The printout looks very flat and faded. I would've just left that out. I hate the fact that you didn't mod the head. It looks like Mark Jindrak borrowed AJ's gear. Sand the hair down and maybe add some stubble. The necklace look decent. Part choices are good. The tights look very good. Especially the upside down V on the front. It's hard to get things symmetrical, so kudos for that. The STYLES on the waistband could use some touchups, especially the S. The picture of Styles on the side needs some work but I can imagine that was a pain. Doesn't look as terrible as it could. The kickpads painting and text looks good. The 1 on the back looks sloppy. Needs to be redone, me thinks. The 1 on the leg doesn't look bad. You seem to work very well with lines, try to focus more on that in upcoming customs and do small designs. Then slowly get into the complex ones.
xxMattHardyV2xx's Jeff Hardy- The shirt sculpting makes him look to be bigger than he is. The necklace he wears usually isn't that loose. The arm bands look kinda weird to me, maybe cos I'm so used to Jakks' way of doing them. The back of the shirt's sculpting isn't colored in some spots and the paint is on the torso. The shirt logos need some work. The cloth pants look ok but I would've like the RA mold of them. The kickpads look nice.
All of these figures could use some work but if I had to pick one, it'd be Saveus' AJ Styles.

I say f*** it. Let Dreams votes count since the other judges are busy. We should really wrap this thing up it is about to fall on the second page..and I'm sure everyone was hoping to have an end of the year competition.

I also suggest bringing in GCS to be a judge since he's not involved with this competition.

Sith vs. Jessetweiss vs. dave10878 dave10878 steiner- figure is painted neat and clean good job on the boots the spots should have been circles.
Jessetweiss's Rick Steiner- the boots are wrong and the singlet is a little to plain for me.chest hair could use some work and figure needs to be sealed
Sith's Sting- the torso is wrong should have went with a hw or cw
my vote Dave10878's Rick Steiner
XXMatthardyv2XX vs. Nova vs. Mr Saveus xxmatthardyv2xx's Jeff Hardy-boots are wrong logo and shirt seems to be painted nice but a little simple for me
Novas Dick The Bruiser-another simple custom skintone looks clean but the socks are very messy and lines needs to be cleaned up.
Mr. Saveus Aj Styles-paint is smooth and the red looks even nice job painting the logos instead of using printouts
my vote Mr. Saveus Aj Styles
Texacide vs. Peace to the Gods Texacides Raven-I was looking for something more from you tattoos look good and i like the head mods but the figure is still lacking
Peace to the Gods Daniels-this is a solid figure skin tone is nice and smooth and trunks look good.great job on knee pads
my vote Pttg's Christopher Daniels
Gonzo vs. Sandman gonzos forest-the head mods look great really captures his likness paintjob looks good your skintones are coming out alot better now
sandmans Wanderlei Silva-great job on all those logos skintone looks good but im not liking the head.
my vote gonzo(really close match)
Deen(c) vs. Whydraft2 deens rvd-you have came along in a no time at all.the paintjob is pulled off great i have never seen nthis singlet rvd done.i wish you would have put his 5 o'clock beard and the vandam on kickers
whydraft2 rvd-great job on pulling off that singlet on a small scale ever thing looks nice and neat and great job of modding the ra head for hasbro body
my vote whydraft2
Rozz(c) vs. M2K vs. Gore my vote M2K's Curryman
M2K's Curryman-the figure looks like it came strait from jakks.paint and mask is dead on.good job on the shirt logo's.
gores Randy "The Ram" Robinson-paint on the tights is nicley done and you always come up with great ideas for these customs.the only reason i did not vote for you is because skin tone looks to have some lumps in it and on the chest you can see brush strokes
Rozz(c) future sting-this would have faired better in a sci-fi stip as someone stated mods and paint looks good but its hard to judge this figure compaired to the others.
my vote m2k

How about you let everyone judge and pick the best and most well written one.
Sometimes people will vote solely on the fact that they could determine the winner of a major match, possibly with someone for whom they do not like very much.
I say that everyone who wants to vote should go ahead and do it, then Dream can read over the reviews and see who put the most thought into it and determine who'll be the final judge.

This is a good idea. But nobody is voting. Based on the judges I have had including Import the big matches are decided.

i think that would only be fair, as i'd love to why you voted for m2k's curry man over the other two, no knock on his work, but his is clearly the inferior of the three. i know everyone is swinging from his nuts at this point, and he does great work, but this is no where near his best stuff. i thought for a title match, it was an overly simplistic, thrown together at the last minute sort of thing.

His original piece which he will finish someday was an insane idea just like Rozz's but unfortunatly he had to make this one becase he did not have the time to finish his other one and did not want to no show... I will make Import go into detail in order for his votes to count..

Here goes:
Sith vs. Jessetweiss vs. dave10878-Open stip
My vote here is going to go to Jessetweiss for the simple fact that his is probably the most complex out of the bunch and he tried a lot more things. I like that he painted the skintone and added chest hair (which Dave's version lacks). Parts choice seems good and the painted title is a nice addition
XXMatthardyv2XX vs. Nova vs. Mr Saveus-Oldschool vs. Newschool
My vote is going to Saveus' AJ. I think the head needs some work, and so do some of the logos, but out of the 3 it's the cleanest custom. XXMatthardyv2XX the shirt sculpting is a little chunky and I'm not a fan of the generic FM Hardy pants. Nova, pretty solid custom, the head, hair especially is bothering me, it just looks really sloppy.
Texacide vs. Peace to the Gods
My vote goes to PTTG. I really feel like this is a mis-match.. Tex's custom seems too eBay-ish.
Gonzo vs. Sandman This is a hard one, both customs are great, but have their flaws. Gonzo, I love the head, but I'm not a fan of the inconsistent sculpting on the abs... he kind of has an abnormal cut on the left side. Trunk logos look pretty good, not your best though. I have to say the head looks great for Forrest. Sandy, the shorts are phenomenal, the head shos significant likeness, but the custom needs some cleaning up, especially on the back of the bicepts and the nose, the sculpting is a little chunky. I do however love the paintjob you did on him... the skintone is very realistic and I love the shading. Sandy, your feet need work though. Gonzo, your foot sculpt isn't too bad... but I get it... I need to start casting some more feet. As I said, this is a tough call, but I have to go with Sandy despite the flaws, the painting is awesome.
WFCC IC championship- Deen(c) vs. Whydraft2- Hasbro vs. DA RVD showdown!!
I'm going to go with Deen on this one, simply because that is an attire that I don't think I've ever seen a custom RVD done in. The only things that need to be added to make this custom perfect are RVD's trademark stubble and the VANDAM down the boots. Whydraft2, very nice job on the RVD, painting looks great for something done that size, and I have to say, that is one of the best paintjobs I''ve seen done with that attire.
WFCC HW Championship-Rozz(c) vs. M2K vs. Gore- Anything Goes (wrestling related)
I'm going with M2K on this one with Gore in a close second. Rozz, I don't feel that your custom fits well with the stip and I don't feel that comparing it to Gore's or Dan's real-life characters is fair. Had this been a Sci-Fi or a What-If? stip, you would have won. Don't get me wrong, the sculpting is beautiful and so is the paint, but it doesn't fit.
Gore: As much as we haven't got along in the past, I think that you put on a very stellar and original custom. The parts choice is great. The only things that bother me on the custom are some spots where the brush strokes show and the minor roughness of the sculpting on the left bicept. I love the torso sculpting the addition of the navel is great and the skintone really gives the custom that old leathery skin feel. The only thing you missed is the tattoo on his left shoulder. I have to hand it to you, I'd say this is your best custom yet.
M2K: Damn. Curry is amazing, from the shirt sculpt to the lettering on the front of the shirt it's perfect. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it.
