the logic behind that vote was his skintone there was some lumps on the face and arms as well as brush strokes on the chest

IC Title Contendership

Texacide's Raven- The first thing I notice is that it's lacking a shirt design. This seems to be a TNA era Raven. The tats look very good and the colors for sure pop. The part choices are good. The necklace is a good touch. The hair sculpting is a bit weird looking. The TNA head looks really good on it, the skintone seems to match up pretty well.

PTTG's Christopher Daniels- I've never liked the Kidman head for Daniels, as long as I've seen it. Daniels' beard is usually perfectly symmetrical and it doesn't look the way on this figure. The tat on his chest, looks a bit too thick and dark. The skintone looks ok. The gray looks good. It seems like you didn't paint the top of the crotch piece because it seems like the crotch and torso don't meet. The painted gloves look good. I'm not much a fan of the sculpted? kneepads. The logo on the side needs work but it's not the worst I've seen.

My pick is Texacide's Raven. If it had a shirt logo, it'd be a perfect custom.

IC Title Contendership

Sandman's Silva- First thing I notice is that the head still looks too much like RVD, for my liking. The nipples are kinda puffy. The logos are very nicely done. The skintone on the arm looks kinda strange for some reason, like the paint is too thick. The tat on the chest looks ok. The hair and the beard/stubble looks good.

Gonzo's Forrest- I really like the hair. The stubble is done very nice as well. I wish the face had more of a smirk like I always imagine him having. Especially like the Crash Holly scan. The torso looks good with the chest hair. The skintone looks good. The shorts look ok. The logos aren't the best but they aren't terrible. The SPRAWL logo looks good. Seems like you did the feet yourself. The toes look kinda weird and the feet look thick on the bottom.

I'm giving this one to Sandman.

Battle of RVDs

Deen- Custom skintone that doesn't look too bad. The singlet painting is what makes the figure stand out. The yellow looks pretty good, as does all the designs. The head is a bit too plain. I'm not sure what could've been done to fix it up, maybe some stubble, maybe some eyebrow retooling.

Whydraft- You have a smaller canvas but the singlet artwork is awesome. I too, don't think I've ever seen this singlet redone. The head looks good but the hairline is crooked. The stubbled really adds to the figure. Did you have to mod to make the figure be in the signature RVD pose?

Both RVDs look good but I'd have to give this to Whydraft.

The HW title match is already decided but if I had a vote, I would've given it to Gore. Not just because he's a friend, not just because I can't wait to see the Wrestler but in my opinion, it's the best figure. Not just in the match but in the show, period. That is all.

This is my first PPV win ever and im looking forward to going up against the Great Gonzo!

Thanks to the people who said nice things and what they liked about my figure as I will take those words and put them into my next custom and the critcism I recieved from some I will also work on. I have been painting now and I think im back in my form now.. Congrats to everyone else looking forward to the new year!

I dont know... We dont even have 4 full weeks until the new year. It might take a few days to set up a new card. I dont think we will get one in before the new year. Maybe one a week after new years. The first show of 09..

I was thinking like a week after new years but if you guys really wanna try it we can do it. But I know alot of you guys will be really busy around the hlidays. Some will be really busy and some will have alot of time to work on customs. But if you guys wanna try and kook the card up then lets give it a go..

I also think that we have time. Honestly, sometimes too much time is a bad thing. I always start my figures ASAP...but, they also sit for a LONG time before I get the motivation to finish them (usually the deadline is the motivation). I realize that most members have a busy life - myself included, so maybe speeding things up would be a good thing.
