Personally I'm glad to see them introduce another title. All of their titles have some sort of stipulation attached: If you don't have a vagina, aren't an X Division wrestler, don't have a tag partner, and aren't World championship material, there's nothing for you to aspire towards. Maybe now we'll see less teams thrown together because they don't have anything to do as singles stars (Storm and Roode, Morgan and Abyss) and less wrestlers getting lost in upper mid card purgatory.

ive been saying this for ages the x-division was the second best title they had and that was just for x-division now at least they have a title for the up and coming guys

They should introduce a "Jobbers Championship" while they're at it... give it to Sharkboy or Eric Young. Hell, rename the X-division title the "Curtain Jerkers Championship"... it would be far more appropriate at this point.
