Now, before you reply and say "no." or "not gonna happen" it probably won't happen, and don't spam with Hogan hate please, keep it out. I know a lot of people don't like Hogan anymore. But so what.
Judge the storyline. Not the fact that Hogan has become a shattered human being.

The night after No Way Out
Mr. McMahon returns after a long absence, and asks GM Adamle to come out. He tells Adamle that in the past year, the RAW ratings have been flatlining, and that it's Adamle's fault. He then says that Adamle has 30 days to come up with something to get in ratings, or else he's fired. A rehash of the old Bischoff storyline around the time of RAW X anniversary. Adamle, proclaims that next week he will have a big name on RAW, and asks McMahon, whether he bleeds Red or Yellow as a hint. McMahon leaves the ring pointing at his watch. Later that night, as Adamle is on the phone with Mr. X, Eric Bischoff, comes into the GM office, looks around before Adamle says, "uhm, can I help you with something?" and Bischoff arrogantly says, "oh, what? YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM? I beat RAW 84 weeks in a row, I'm the former manager of WCW, and I ran Smackdown into the ground in 2002. My name is-" and Adamle cuts him off with a "Well what do you want?" and Bischoff tells him to be careful, McMahon is no one to be messed around with. Bischoff then says, see you in 30 days.
4 Weeks Before Mania.
Adamle comes out, and announces that his special guest is in the building, and is about to bring him out until he is interupted by...Mr. Kennedy, who is making his return from injury. Adamle begins to ask Kennedy why he's there when Kennedy interupts and says, "Adamle, before you screw up my name, allow me to introduce myself, my name is MISTAAAAAAA-" Then Real American blasts and the crowd goes nuts and out comes the legend himself, The Immortal Hulk Hogan. Hogan comes down to the ring, once Hogan is in the ring, Kennedy begins trash talking. Kennedy insults Hogan's family, and tells Hogan he's washed up, and he told Adamle that if this is his plan for ratings, he'd be better off bringing Sycho Sid. Hogan then goes for the mic, and says "WELL YOU KNOW SOMETHIN MISTER-" and then Kennedy bashes in Hogan's skull with the mic and delivers the Mic Check and says "KENNEDY!" and leaves.
3 Weeks Before Mania.
Kennedy comes out, and says that Raw needed to be saved from Mike Adamle, and that he was there to do it, and to prove that Hogan is washed up, then he challenges Hogan to match at Wrestlemania. Real American then plays again, and the arena explodes, but out comes Eric Bischoff. Bischoff then gets into the ring, and shakes hands with Kennedy, and gets on the mic. Bischoff explains that he has a deal with the devil himself, in a battle of the GM's match. If Kennedy wins, Eric Bischoff is the new General Manager of RAW and Hogan must retire for wrestling for good, but if Hulk Hogan wins, then Eric Bischoff and Kennedy are both fired.
2 Weeks before Mania.
Hogan and Adamle talk backstage about WCW when Ric Flair enters the office, and says, "Vince McMahon is ruthless, and when he makes matches that could end careers, he does whatever he can to take you out, Good Luck Hogan." Hogan then hugs Naitch and thanks him for the memories. Hogan goes out to the ring later on, and tells McMahon to get his ass out to the ring. Hogan tells McMahon that if he loses at Wrestlemania, Hulkamania will still live on forever, but then Kennedy comes from behind and nails Hogan with a chair, and rips off the Hulkamania shirt and he, Eric Bischoff who arrived with Kennedy, and Mr. McMahon burn it.
1 Week Before Mania.
Kennedy, McMahon and Bischoff come out and say that Hogan is nowhere to be found tonight because the week before they killed Hulkamania. Hogan no longer has the power of his Hulkamanics to guide him. Mike Adamle comes out and tells Vince that at Mania, all the marbles are on the line, but being GM he makes a tag team match for tonight. A special one night only return, of D-X to take on McMahon, Bischoff and Kennedy. Vince says, "well wait a minute, thats a handicap match Mike, that's not too fair on DX." and Adamle says, "You know what, you're right. I'm a GM of fairness, and in the interest of fairness, I'll make it a 6 Man Tag, and put myself in DX's corner."
Later that night DX and Adamle win the match, with Adamle getting the pin over Bischoff after Triple H delivers a pedigree to Bischoff and McMahon and Kennedy are out on the outside.
Wrestlemania
Before the match, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and various other big names give applause for Hulk Hogan before he makes his way out of the curtain. Then Hogan stands toe to toe with McMahon, and Vince tells him Good Luck. Hogan doesn't respond and walks up the stairs, to his last match at Wrestlemania 25.
Hogan returns and faces Kennedy in a one on one match, Bischoff and Adamle don't get involved at all. Kennedy does carry Hogan for most of the match, but it's one of Hogan's best matches since 2000, and both wrestlers look phenomenal. Kennedy wins cleanly over Hogan. Hogan gets up, shakes Kennedys hand and rasies his arm. Bischoff then comes out and tells Hogan that he can no longer wrestle ever again, and that Mike Adamle is no longer the GM of RAW. Kennedy then becomes a huge face by deliverying the mic check to Bischoff, and then Hogan leg drops Bischoff and leaves the arena. Getting Kennedy over, and letting Hogan still go out with a bang.
What do you think? I think it'd be a great story personally.
