easily bischoff. whether wwe meant to or not, he wast booked to be the most consistent gm and even the 'embarrassment angles' they stuck him with didn't kill his heat.

Definatley Eric, I LOVED the guy from day one and thats the truth. I used to watch RAW every week during his era because he mde sure ANYTHING could happen, I would always have a laugh at the skits and would be shocked at the suprises, it was awsome.
