So yep, all 3 of these stables were pretty similar in structure and they all " dominated" Smackdown.
The Cabinet- JBL( WWE Champion), Orlando Jordan( US Champion), The Bashams( WWE Tag Champs for a while), Amy Weber
Booker's Court- King Booker( World Champion), Sir Finlay( US Champion for a while), Sir William Regal, Queen Sharmell, arguably Hornswoggle..
La Familia- Edge( World Champion), Chavo Guerrero( ECW Champion for a while), The Edgeheads, Vickie Guerrero, Bam Neely
I'd have to say The Cabinet was my favorite. JBL & Edge were/are both my favorites during their stable's " reign of terror" and were both World Champions. But I think La Familia has quite a bit of filler in Hawkins/Ryder/Neely, who haven't done anything of importance. The Bashams were also filler, but at least they had the Tag straps.
But the Edge/Vickie relationship is just hilarious. Gah I dunno, it's too even to decide.
Edit- After seeing what happened last night, I'd say the Cabinet was 10000x better. La Familia does nothing but lose, so it's pretty pointless. At least the Cabinet was successful//

All three made me not watch SD during their time periods, but I will vote for the Cabinet since it was pretty cool seeing Cena face them back then.

How is the Cabinet even contesting? Seriously... JBL was great, and he made O.J. and the Bashams seem sort of special, but no where near important to be more then a notch on JBL's belt.
As for my pick... On an overall, King Booker's Court owned. I mean, Booker T as King Booker with his back guarded by William Regal and Fit Finlay. To damn good to have been in the WWE.
But then with La Familia, Edge and Vickie are awesome heel magnets. Edge reeks of Awesomeness, period.
But i'll go with the Booker's Court, since those three defined a load stable.

The Cabinet. It felt like a bigger deal than La Familia. The gap between the leader, JBL, and its members was far smaller which made it feel like a unit. The Cabinet's members were more relevant to the show and had dialogue. La Familia is basically Edge and Vickie and a few guys that just help out, stand around, or don't speak. Booker's Court didn't do much of anything as a group, which is why I wouldn't consider it a contender.

Hawkins and Ryder have done something important. They helped Edge get the title in Armaggedon.

The Cabinet. I hated All Hail King Booker chant. Very annoying.
Not a fan of Edge.
I guess The Cabinet is the only one left.

The Cabinet bored me to tears, I never really cared for the King Booker gimmick and Edge is at least entertaining as the head of his own stable.
While the rest of La Familia is hit or miss (mostly the latter), Edge and Vickie more than make up for their shortcomings.
La Familia would be my choice.

The Cabinet.
I love Finlay and Regal but they rarely did anything as a full unit in the Court. I like La Familia, but not more than the Cabinet. Jordan had the US title while in the Cabinet and destroyed the US spinner, they did something really noteworthy.

i didnt like them when they were around, but in retorspect i think its becaus JBL is such a good  ing heel, the cabinet was sick, i wouldnt mind seeing him restart it on RAW, i mean he's not doing a damn thing at the moment, it'd make him more legitimate a headliner again, i think. imagine...JBL, dibiase, rhodes, and idk who'd be good for the orlando jordan type role |

I'd say La Familia, if it wasn't for the actual relationship between Edge and Vickie. It's just so annoying to watch, and was something that I hoped they would've done away with so long ago. Eh, I'd still say La Familia.
