After Batista's move to RAW last night it got me thinking about the Orton/Batista confrontation at ONS... mind you I haven't seen it but people on here inferred from this segment a future realliance between the two. Now with Batista on RAW this is possible, and might even happen... pair them up and have them dominate the RAW main event as heels. They could call themselves the Naturally Selected, implying they were the two fittest in Evolution. Don't make them wuss heels either. A strong face is built off of strong heels (one reason I feel Cena's entire "overcoming the odds" run was crap.) Getting back on topic, Batista usually bores the hell out of me but I feel this could really freshen up his character and Orton's as well. Thoughts?

I was thinking the same thing when 'Tista got drafted.

Batista moving to Raw made me think of that segment too. But I figured that Batista would be World champ, and Orton return with an RKO to him setting up a feud for the title, since Batista pretty much just ignored Orton's offer and walked off.

It would be cool if they then pick two rookie's to mentor like Triple Haitch and Flair did.

WWE is just setting them up to get buried by Kienti at a major ppv when Orton's arm heals.

They were the first two that flashed in my mind when considering the idea of adding two new members which is why I didn't bother... I think they'd be better off as a main event duo like Rated RKO only much more dominating. As for dk's comment, I too thought about how it may not work since Orton's character would almost demand turning on Batista if he was World champ. However Orton could just say that his friendship with Batista is an "investment." Sort of like a keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer kind of thing... yet Orton wouldn't actually turn on him. He'd just have the knowledge that he COULD turn on him... though he wouldn't want to considering the power the two of them can wield together.

Orton vs Batista would be excellent. The power house vs the technical wrestler. Awesome.

Orton vs Batista would be entertaining, to say the least.

i see Cena vs Batista at Summerslam, with Batista going over via interference by Orton. This leads to a stable being formed by Orton/Batista

This leads to a stable being formed by Orton/Batista i agree....I was about to post that I think we are going to see Batista vs. _____ at summerslam with orton interfering to reunite with Batista. Which would explain why Raw only has JBL and Y2j as heels. I then think we will see Orton vs Batista at WM 25.

I actually wouldn't mind that at all. I haven't really been into Batista since his first title reign.

Turn Batista heel, team him with Orton, and have a heel Ric Flair manage them.
...OK, that's a horrible idea, but I just wanted to hear "Line in the Sand" blast over the loudspeakers again.

I'd actually like them to align, and maybe be the leaders of this 'New Generation' stable that is being rumoured with Cody, Ted, Bulldog Jnr, and all the other 2nd generation stars. Then have the original Ted DiBiase as the Ric Flair-esque old manager guy. Yeah, I know Batista isn't a 2nd generation wrestler, but he's the exception to the rule suckas.
