Where do you think some of these wrestlers would be today had they not passed away?
Chris Von Erich (Now 37) Mike Von Erich (Now 44) Russ Haas (Now 33) Louie Spicolli (Now 37) Owen Hart (Now 42) Art Barr (Now 41) Chis Candido (Now 36) Big Dick Dudley (Now 40) Marianna Komlos (Now 39) Eddie Guerrero (Now 40) Brian Pillman (Now 45) Crash Holly (Now 36) Chris Benoit (Now 41)
Some of them just came to mind. (Another question. Had Benoit not died, where do you think the McMahon explosion story would have gone?)

* If Benoit didn't kill his family and all that stuff, I'd say he would of been in a fued with possibly Morrison or turned heel and had a fued with CM Punk.
* Eddie I'd say still hovering around the World/WWE Titles
* Owen I'd say probably retired or in TNA.
* Crash I'd say Indie scenes.
* Candido I'd say still in TNA but maybe a backstage role
* Big Dick I'd say there would be a possibility of him in the WWE becuase of his height & strength.

I think only Eddie would still have a job. Unless Benoit being alive meant that the incident never happened, then he would still be in the 'E too.

Eddie Guerrero would probably be in the main event scene on Smackdown! or possibly ECW. Chris Benoit would be in jail
I could actually see someone like a Brian Pillman as a manager.

Pillman would probably be a commentator for either Smackdown, or more likely, ECW. He had a lot of potential behind the booth.

Russ Haas prolly in tna I just don't see him in WWE even if he is Haas brother(like haas isn't even somebody soo.Owen Hart retired because I think Bret wanted Owen in WCW with him and owen wasn't happy in the WWE so thats that.Art Barr managing Eddie Guerrero.Chis Candido definitely in TNA.Eddie Guerrero in WWE busting ass lol.Brian Pillman still in WWE but with the injuries maybe not a wrestler.Chris Benoit doing serious time but if he didn't kill his family he'd be making ECW a lot more bearable.

A lot of you are underestimating just how much of an effect Eddie's death had on Benoit. It's pretty safe to say that if Eddie hadn't died, Benoit probably wouldn't have killed his family.

Why is people making it sound like Benoit would have done it if Eddie was alive...
Eddie - In the world title race Benoit - Him/Family alive. Former ECW Champion. Pillman - Retired, doing indys possibly Owen Hart - Retired, maybe road agent? Russ Haas - in a tag team with Charlie, most likely Crash Holly - doing indys Chris Candido - doing indys Big Dick Dudley - TNA
I couldn't care less about the others.

If Chris Benoit wouldn't have died and wouldn't have killed his family, he'd be the top star on ECW and the brand as a whole would be in a better position than it currently is. As for Eddie, Guerrero had an infectious character and no matter how long they tried to keep him a heel, the people would have turned him face and I could easily see him on the Smackdown brand, being prepared to be drafted to Raw, if it didn't already happen last year. I'm also not sure, however, Edge would have been a top star on Smackdown which means he'd be stuck on Raw with Hunter the Bar-burrier.

Marianna Komlos is a former valet of Chaz, who in 2003 died of Breast Cancer.

Owen would've jumped to WCW if he could've got out of his contract with WWF. No doubt about it. After WCW caved and/or if Bret and Bulldog still got hurt, I couldn't see him doing much else in wrestling for a larger company. Maybe some indy stuff where he could control his bookings and whatnot. He was already planning out an early retirement before he died.
Benoit would not have gone off the deep end if Eddie didn't die. I say that not with absolute certainty but it seems very unlikely when you consider how hard the guy took it. Would've won the ECW belt while still wrestling under ECW right now. He probably would've been a lifer in the wrestling business.
Pillman was in bad shape so I seriously doubt he'd last much longer as an active competitor. His attitude reeked Attitude Era so when that took off big in 1998, I can see an occasional match out of him and a role in commentary like he had on Shotgun/Raw for awhile. Probably would be done entirely at this point.
Candido would probably still be in TNA. Maybe WWE would've offered him a role in WWECW. Same for Spicolli. Both probably would've been released after they took focus off original ECW guys.
Russ and Charlie probably could've been a big ticket as far as tag teams go somewhere other than WWE.
Eddie...not too sure. He probably would've got the belt on Smackdown one more time. Then maybe a jump back to Raw or ECW. It's a shame since for most of his career he was a mid-card talent and he was finally establishing himself in a larger role not long before he died. We could've seen many more great things out of Eddie.

All of them would be crippled and/or released from E and mid-carding TNA.
