I'm not going to mention people like Paul Burchill who are already in decent programs, but I will mention guys that are in higher positions than he is, but aren't being used to their full potential. Go ahead and post your lists as well. 1. Big Show- With all the heat he had when he returned, he should be in the World Title picture on SmackDown. I actually like his feud with Kane, but SmackDown definitely needs some fresh main eventers. He plays a sick tweener and could easily feud with Edge, Batista, and Finlay. 2. Carlito- Here's a guy who was hugely over about two years ago and is now stuck playing second fiddle to Santino (who is amazingly talented, don't get me wrong) because he has nothing else to do. If they both shared the spotlight, his position would be decent, and I would love to see the two get a tag title run. 3. Matt Hardy- I don't think he had a sufficient ending to his feud with MVP and he has been pretty much out of the spotlight after getting a huge win. I'd like to see him be a good program with someone like John Morrison. Maybe things will heat up for Matt after the draft. 4. Super Crazy- Amazingly entertaining high-flyer. He is over with crowd and can perform like no other. There is no explanation to his boring and useless tag team with Jim Duggan other than the fact that WWE doesn't like small guys very much. 5.Elijah Burke- He should be the new face of ECW. Enough said. Honorable mentions: -Kendrick and London: These are two of the most talented guys on the roster. They need a long streak of good build after their time spent as jobbers on Raw, but there is not excuse for their position in the company. -Shelton Benjamin: You can only call yourself the Gold Standard without having any gold for so long. -Charlie Haas: Good ringworker. Doesn't have much personality, but is much better than Rhodes and Holly. I wanted to put Tommy Dreamer and Stevie Richards on my list, but sadly I think that their times have passed.

Matt Hardy - The guy deserves a good push. He's been with the company for a long time, and with all the injuries, suspensions, and guys taking time off to heal, he seems like a good reliable talent with alot to offer and the charisma to help carry a brand.
Shelton Benjamin - One of the most talented guys on the WWE payroll, Shelton brings much athleticism to the table. He's proven himself time and time again in majorly entertaining matches. His only problem while on RAW was that he was struggling to find his character. Since his move to ECW, he's been feeling out his "Gold Standard" persona which has proven entertaining. The I.C. scene could use some beefing up, and Shelton could present some good competition.
Val Venis - Already a ring veteran, the Big Valbowski could bring reinvigorating new life into the I.C. division if seriously pushed. Though I'm sure this isn't what Val himself wants at this point in his career, it would be nice to see.
The Edgeheads: Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins - These guys are young and have found themselves comfortably taken under the wing of the veteran Edge. They both have the charisma and the camera presence to put asses in seats. They would do very well with tag gold OR individually under the same stable.
Lance Cade - Like him or not, he has a great ring presence and has proven himself to be an asset to the company. If WWE can further him from Murdock and slowly work him out of the "Good ol' Boy" persona, Cade could go on to be a great World Heavyweight Champion one day. Hey, he was trained exclusively by none other than Shawn Michaels. Thats right, for those who didn't know, HBK personally took Cade under his wing and showed him the ropes. If The Showstopper has that kind of faith in Lance Cade, then there must be something to him.
Technically that makes six, but who's counting?

1. Carlito(He should of been in PPV main events by now have him go to SD and win the US title and go on to fight for the WHC) 2. Santino(He has been losing ever since he became a c omedy heel. Have him get a large amount of rage and go on and undefeated streak and win the IC and keep it for a few months) 3. Elijah Burke(Okay have him start a program with Kofi and have him go undefeated for 2 months then challenge for the ECW Championship and win) 4. Ted Debiase Jr.(Technically he hasn't had a match yet but he is simply priceless and needs to get a first class push to the top. Have him win the tag titles then when he loses have him declare a new member and they win the tag titles and he wins the IC and then go into a full scale heel and go for the world title. Then get drafted too SD and be a main eventer and then win the SD WHC.) 5. Umaga (send him too SD. Take 2 months too finish Edge's feud with Batista winning the title. Have him attack Batista leaving Batista laid out in the back and have Batista pin him but then have Umaga beat him at the next PPV.)

Matt Hardy - Hes got more fans now that people watched his DVD, and he would be incredibly over if he got the big title. and who better to win it from than edge?
Shelton Benjamin - 2003 is long gone, which was his biggest height of momentum, but it can still be brought back. But only as a Babyface can i see him go over.
John Morrison - Hes character is still fresh and even though barley nobody watches ECW and SD, im pretty sure a lot amount of people watch the Dirt Sheet which is the best thing on WWE.com right now, and only boosts his character. He can easily be the Heavyweight champ and fit the position.
Kane - ECW champ is good, but i say they take his momentum and turn it into a run for the WHC.

1. Shelton Benjamin 2. Elijah Burke 3. John Morrison( To talented to be wasted on a pointless tag division) 4. Lance Cade 5. Londrick 6. Carlito 7. The Miz ( He and JM could easily be decent mid to upper card superstars) 8. MVP
I think Matt Hardy is already punching above his weight and his talent doesnt merit his current position or any higher.

Paul Birchill - Finally found a gimmick that suited him but this guy can wrestle so I'd push him harder towards the top. Elijah Burke - Don't know a reason but I like him John Morrison - the next HBK in the making MVP - This guy is getting old (ageing) so I'd push fairly quickly Santino Marella - This guy is nothing short of hilarious but he needs a serious gimmick too atm Rodney Piper and that prat Cousin Salvatore are seriously letting him down.

My choices: 1. Punk 2. Noble 3. Dreamer They either need to push Punk solidly, or take the briefcase off him - because at this point in time, he's been made into the most pointless MITB holder, to date..

I think The Miz is definitely one of the most improved superstars in WWE over the last year, also without being genius in the ring he has a natural charisma which apparently is more important than overall ability. Tommy Dreamer the guy may be a ECW legend but he's fat, talentless, uncharismatic and useless to WWE except for when they want somebody to outcheer Batista. Noble is OK in the ring and has good charisma if the cruiser ever comes back he should be the main guy but not much beyond that. Not going to bother with Punk because this post will turn into being all about him.

Are you serious? He was a good wrestler back in the day but face it, hes fat, slow and uncharasmatic now. Like the guy above said, I ain't going to comment on Punk seen as you'll ruin this thread with your creaming In no order: Val, Elijah, Super Crazy, Shelton and London/Kendrick.

1. Kane - he needs to get more momentum. We is the ECW Champ make him something really good. 2. John Morrison - This guy is unreal, i would like him to display his athleticism more and become a true upper card superstar as a singles competitor(not involved in a tag team) 3. Charlie Haas - He is a great wrestler and if used correctly could be transformed into something great. 4. Elijah Burke - cmon this guy has some great heat behind him and that is all but gone now, kept him away for too long. 5. Londrick need a huge push in the tag team ranks they are wasting their talent by giving them crappy matches.

If I think a tag team needs to be pushed, I'll list it as 1.
1.) Carlito & Santino 2.) Matt Hardy 3.) Shelton Benjamin 4.) London & Kendrick 5.) Jeff Hardy (more)
there are so many jobbers/mid-carders the WWE has that could really bring the IC title division to life again.

Elijah Burke - Talented, you dont see him on TV alot and when you do he's losing. He could be a serious contender for the WWE Championship on Raw within a year or two if he's pushed right. Maybe make him, Benjamin, Haas, and MVP and a heel stable. Kinda like Evolution
Shelton Bejamin - Same as Burke. Could be a serious threat to the United States Championship right now. Heel or face he can draw
London/Kendrick - Should go back to SmackDown! and save the Tag Team Division. After coming to Raw they won the titles during house shows in Africa and lost them a few days later. Lame. They could be one of the greatest Tag teams in history right now
MVP - Loses to many times. He could be just like Burke and Benjamin being a serious threat to the United States or World Heavyweight Champion. But he jobs to more or less everyone. That needs to be fixed.
Tommy Dreamer - Should be ECW Champion. Not Kane. Has given too much to this business to be paired with Colin Delaney or jobbing to Big Show or anything. Give the man a damn push

1. Paul Burchill - He should be far more dominating in his feud with Kennedy. Still he gets more crowd heat than Kennedy gets cheers.
2. Elijah Burke - He has deserved an ECW title run ever since the new breed feud. I have no clue why they aren't utilizing him unless they're downplaying him til after the draft.
3. Jamie Noble - He should be an upper midcarder on Smackdown fighting for the US title.
4. CM Punk - I think it's time to start building him up as a credibile main event title holder
5. MVP - see Punk
