They're both equaly to blame, if you think it was entirely Nicks fault, then you're a prick. IT DOESNT MATTER WHOSE FAULT IT WAS! NO ONE DESERVES THAT KIND OF DAMAGE TO THEIR HEAD.

First off everybody stop saying he was driving drunk. He was in no way drunk. I’ve driven fine after a couple of drinks does not mean I was drunk driving. His blood alcohol level was way below the legal limit. The only reason alcohol was even motioned is because he is below 21. So quit all claims that he was drunk driving, because it’s a moot point.
What he did was speeding, and yes that is stupid. But he was still smart enough to wear his seatbelt. His friend got in the car with him, knew what was happening, and did not wear a seatbelt. That is even dumber than speeding! Had he worn his seatbelt he would have walked out of the hospital just like Nick did. If he woke up from the coma technically the police could fine him for not wearing a seatbelt. Nick is a bad driver but he did not harm anybody. In fact had the story not made headlines Nick would probably not have gotten any jail time. And I bet he will be released get a suspended sentence after 3 or 4 months.

I agree with Class316. Alcohol affects everybody differently. It all depends on body weight. A person who weighs more than 200 lbs can drink more with less affect than a person who weighs 125 lbs.
Secondly; This type of accident could have happened at 35 mph. We don't even know the speed limit on the street at which the accident happened. So for us to judge how Nick was driving, is totally rediculous. Most of your unfair judgements are made on how much you hate Hulk, and everything about him; which (undeservingly) gets spread to his family. No matter what he or his family does; you are going to find fault in everything.

not to condone @$$#@ole driving, i see it everyday and it pisses me off every time, graziano should have been wearing his seatbelt, and its his own fault for not wearing a seatbelt with that maniac at the wheel. nick is a little bastard, but there is no excuse for not wearing a seatbelt, or getting into the car with 'bat out of hell' bollea in the first place. both of those boys made a very stupid decision, and graziano was no innocent bystander. i have little sympathy for people who refuse to wear seatbelts, then pay for it. in this case, his life is ruined, so i have more sympathy. as far as the tapes go, i have no problem with anything anyone said besides linda. call me inhuman, but if i were in jail for 8 months, i damn sure wouldnt be sitting there thinking about what i had done, id be thinking about how much it sucks for me. and as far as hulk goes, his comments are designed to make nick feel better, although it does diffuse the blame. i feel bad for the bolleas, scumbag reporters are tring to get everyone to turn on them, and bitter WF members need little reason to hate hogan anyway.

Gee, how does the front part of your head get damaged in a car accident? Ooooh, oooh, I know. It's because you fly head first into the windshield. Now I have to wonder how someone goes about preventing that. Ooooh, oooh, I know that one too. You avoid flying into the windshield by wearing your seatbelt.
Had the 21 year old adult Graziano not broken the law and wore his seatbelt, his head wouldn't look like a cup holder now. I have no sympathy for him.

I don't wear a seatbelt...but its not that I refuse to; it's that I can't physically put it on. I also have a dr's written excuse; if I were to get stopped. I have yet to get stopped for seatbelt only. I did recently get stopped for speeding (27 in a 25...lame; I know), and the cop noticed I didn't have my belt on. I told her I have a dr's note to excuse me, but then she said it wasn't necessary and that she believed me; since she saw my handicap parking tag hanging from my rear-view mirror. Health reasons are the only reason someone should go without a seatbelt.

With all of the benefits nowadays that handicapped people have and all of the accessories, isn't there a type of restraint that they can make for you specifically? I am not making a joke out of it. I'm just saying that if they can make prosthetics that allow people with no legs to walk and robotic hands for people with no arms, there has to be a type of restraint they can make for you to make sure you're safe in a car accident.

II did recently get stopped for speeding (27 in a 25...lame; I know), Wow. I'm surprised you were stopped. No one stops for less than 5 (or even less than 10).

This is stupid! If the guy CHOSE to be in the speeding car without a seatbelt on it's his OWN damn fault! He was not a child, and he MADE the decision to go with Nick eventhough alcohol was involved. And he MADE the decision not to wear the seatbelt. Nick walked away fine from the accident, why? Seatbelt!
Nick didn't screw John Graziano. John Graziano screwed John Graziano!

Sorry, No there isnt, at least not for me. I have Muscular Dystrophy. I have weakness in my arms which prevents me from pulling the belt and buckleing. Yes; there are buckle extenders, but I have a problem with pushing the buckle together to lock.

Well that's unfortunate DakotaDave.
All I can do is hope that you are a defensive driver and are as careful as can be.

Why is everyone blaming Nick Hogan for EVERYTHING?
It's not like he raped Graziano, beat him up, tied him up, drank twelve bottles of scotch, and made Graziano go joy riding around the world with him.
The guy knew what he was getting into it. He knew Nick had a few to drink. I'm not saying Nick's innocent or anything, but stop being so damn one sided.
