Sorry to double post. But to the people saying he is on roids you do realize it takes more than a month (he made the announcement a month ago) to cut your body up like that. Even with steroids it would take an average man 6 months to a year to make your body look like that. ANd if you believe a 50 year old man has beaten the odds and has been on roids just because he may get a call to wrestle for a year that is just stupid. He's been working out for longer than a month... Also if you read what I said. He has always been working out. And kept his shape pretty close to what it is. So are you saying he has been on steroids his entire life? If so he would have died along time ago.

OK, Warrior in his prime was on roids, no question there. He was not a natural, and I believe he admited that. Second, he was massive in his prime. From that point it's really a matter of maintainance. It wouldn't take much to stay in "ok" shape since he last wrestled.
I doubt he's on roids now, but he used to be. Any muscle mass he has now is product of being a user way back in his career. You don't need roids to keep the "ok" shape. I doubt that he will get big again. I think his best bet is toning.

I agree with that. But he is in better than "ok" shape. But it is maintaining what he had. Which like him or not is very impressive for a man to be out of anything physical and keep in that shape. Even more impressive is that he did do steroids and has not let his body go to crap like a Jake the Snake,Greg the Hammer, Iron Sheik and those are all guys that are still somewhat active in wrestling. Hell look at Ahmed Johnson and Scott Hall.

Sure he's in great shape (steriods or not), but he's training for a WRESTLING match, not a body-building competition. Last time I checked, he couldn't wrestle for crap. I'm willing to bet he still can't wrestle for crap, so it's all a mute point.
Over/under total length of the match: 3:30.
I'll take the under.

Warrior looks like a roided-up Ted Danson.

He's been working out for longer than a month... Yes he is. But what he was doing before is keeping lean muscle mass. Right now he is trying to bulk up. So he starts out (same way I do) doing high weight less reps. Then as your muscles fatigue you use less weight until your muscles are so burnt out you cannot lift anything. That is why he is struggling with low weight. And his veins are popping out so much. It is the end of his workout were he can barely lift anything. Then why not show him doing some "Ultimate" curls or something? This man is a joke, and yes, He HAS been on roids his entire life. And NO he wouldn't have died by now.

Is it just be or is he doing bicep curls all wrong? Im sure your not meant to use momentum and swing the weight. You could do them a lot of different ways. He is doing a variation of barbell curls correctly. show me these variations...NOW! Him swining the bar just means he's cheating. what a non effective workout

sorry but I've been lifting weights for nearly 15 years and he is NOT doing those curls correctly at all. His elbows are not isolated, he's swinging the weights like crazy and the funny thing, is that he's curling less than 50 pounds on the regular curls! For him to be that ripped and struggling that much is puzzling. IF he were using them as a toner, that'd be one thing but you don't have to swing for "toner" weight. Here's a thought.......in an interview w/ RVD a few years back, he claims to curl (with ONE arm) 150 pounds. That's 3 times what Warrior is doing here and RVD is nowhere near as cut as Warrior is. Those freakishly large veins are the result of steroids my friends. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional, plain and simple.

It is the end of his workout were he can barely lift anything. If you notice he takes off his overshirt. Because it is further along his workout. And the reason he is not showing his heavyweight curling is because he would not looked as yoked up. It is the same reason wrestler's before they go out do pushups situps and curls with the resistant bands. So the blood is flowing and makes them look more ripped up.

I'd be more intimidated by someone who is actually strong, So until there's a video of him curling like 100+ lbs, He's got show muscles.
End of discussion.

OK it's official he will never be able too make it to WWE. You have to past a drug test before you can sign.
On a side note you need a telescope to see his penis because that much steroids would shrink it. That gives a whole new meaning to the term shrinky dink. Man needs too get off the juice. It is next too impossible for a man too get in that kinda shape at his age. His veins a re bigger than my thumbs. His abs are so muscular they look like BDV only instead of fat its muscle. that is a scary amount of muscle. The man looks like he could bench press a U-Haul with one hand.

Did anyone else realize that there really wasn't that much weight on any of the excercises he was doing? To be that cut and screaming about so little weight is ridiculous...I'm going with 95% act there.
