This happened only a few months after I started watching wrestling, so I had never really got to see Owen wrestle. I have however gone back through DVDs, youtube, and any other way I can find, and have watched some Owen matches, and it makes me sad thinking how such a great wrestler was brought down so quickly and suddenly. It makes me even more sad knowing I never really got to watch him weekly, but watching some of his stuff nowadays, I truly feel he is one of the greatest ever.

My favorite Owen memory was at my first live WrestleMania, number 11. When he and Yokozuna won the tag titles, my buddy and I jumped from our seats, cheered, and did one of the corniest high-fives ever. As Owen was jumping around the ring with both belts, I was jumping at my seat. Inadvertantly, my flailing feet kicked the soda I was drinking off the rafter. Once I realized it, I didn't care. Sure, I was still thirsty, but I was too happy for Owen's first title win, to care. It's one of my two favorite WrestleMania moments - that and Flair-HBK, which I was also there for. Anyway, here's to Owen. I hope I get to meet him eventually.

oh man, so sad, still remember watching the ppv with my buddy... i was kinda young then, and it didnt seem like it could be real...
Owen was one of those guys on the roster that I just loved to watch wrestle. My favorite match of his would have to be the Cage Match from SummerSlam '94 against Bret... The whole fued was amazing... It was the first real fued I ever got into, even though I had been into wrestling for a few years at the time. I was such a Hitman mark as a little kid(still am today), and I always knew wrestling was predetermined, and I always loved to watch Bret and Owen go at it, I loved to hate Owen's gimmick, and I loved to watch him wrestle. And, deep down, I always wanted him to take the belt from Bret and have Bret chase him for it. Also, as someone else mentioned earlier, the team of Owen Hart and Yokozuna... I LOVED this tag team, when they had the titles, I was so pumped, it was one of the first tag teams I really got into... Owen was so talented, and he could make for some VERY entertaining matches and moments in wrestling. It was such a shame what happened. I believe in my heart, that if Owen were still around today he would be competing for the WWE Championship, and probably would have won it. I'm not just saying that because I miss him, it is something I truly believe, and have always believed. For some reason, I could see some good Edge vs Owen Hart matches for the World Championship if he were still around. And, I would've loved to see Chris Jericho and Owen Hart capture the tag team gold, as Chris wanted in his book. I miss you Owen, and I love you. You were a big part of my childhood, and a huge part of why I grew to love wrestling so much. Hopefully I'll meet you one day and be able to tell you that.
RIP 'The Rocket' 'The King of Harts' and even the 'Nugget' Owen Hart

Owen/Bret at Summerslam 1994 was very good in the steel cage however the match they had at Wrestlemania 10 was more exciting to watch cause going into the match everyone thought Bret was going to win and Owen was the underdog going into the match. Also it was their first time wrestling in a match that made it even more exciting to watch. This is why Owen/Bret at WM 10 was my favorite Owen match ever. R.I.P. Owen you are truly missed

Owen sucked. The only reason people remember him is because of the way he dies. regardless a human still died, so i'll pay my respects. but he really was a dreadful wrestler.

That was one of the most asinine post 's I've EVER had the misfortune of reading. Buzz off troll. Picking a fight to get your post count up doesn't impress the ladies. EDIT: I thought it over and fixed it.

My dad used his death as a way to try to get me off wrestling as a youngster. I proved him wrong.
Looking back, Owen was as talented as many wrestlers, he could even of been feuding with HBK on Raw now.
RIP
