CM Punk , i like the guy, i don't like CMoney's views on him tho, but i do actually like CM Punk and his matches are usually very watchable.

It doesn't mean Punk does all the work in his matches and "carries" all of his opponents to great matches, it means the other guy is very talented (equally talented) himself and together they put some great matches on.

I'm not bashing him, i'm just saying he is ill-prepared to be in the wwe main event slots. He needs more matches on Raw & Smackdown and big feuds against Jericho, HBK, MVP, Kennedy and plenty others, it's far too early to be even thinking about putting World titles on him. He will be a star but he is simply not ready yet.

I do not like the way people suggest he is the best thing in wrestling either, it's nonsense, he is very talented and has good matches but there are a few of those kicking around in the wwe.

He had quite a big fan base...i even liked him, through la resistance to him being a single wrestler on heat/raw.

His finisher is still one of my favorites tbh.

I'm embarassed to be a fan. I don't mean on the level that I don't tell anyone I watch the WWE (even though I don't do that) I mean sometimes I look around and I'm like "I'm one of these guys? Really?" I've only been to one event where I wasn't by an idiot fan, whether it was some guy shouting obscene things ( it's a freaking TV show, chill out man), some guy ready to get in a fight with another guy, or some creepy dude who kept trying to talk to me or whoever I was with. Plus then I come here sometimes, and I'm like, "Wow, some people really are detached from the real world." I don't mind being associated with fans who understand wrestlings place in the world and such, but they are a dying breed.
