The reason I think the WWE is so unwatchable these days: John Cena Yes the lack of effort they put into his character. we don't want to see hogan dressed up as a gangster. THANK YOU!!! People fail to realize this, I don't see how they don't get it. |

I've noticed that as well. I'll watch old RAW's or Smackdown's and the crowd will be popping for everything. I notice the arenas were a lot bigger as well.
As you said, now the crowd only pops for the veterans which I can't blame them. Most of the new guys are either really green and not ready for the push they get or their is no work put into their character.

I hate the fact that they brought back the CRYME TYME thugs, and the fact that they are faces. Uhh, Yeah thats who I want my kids to root for, and look up too...A tag-team that pushes bad e-bonics, thugery, and theavery.

very simple solution...dont like it.....dont watch it......Its good to see all the attitude era band wagon jumpers are FINALLY deciding to move on to other things as wrestling goes into ANOTHER slide like its done before...dont worry though when its back to being "cool" again im sure many of you will come right back

The reason it sucks is because you are getting older and you are starting to see how stupid the whole thing is.
I used to watch this stuff every show. It isn't like they are doing things so different than they used to. Little kids love John Cena, he is their hero.
When I was little I liked Hogan, now he is a joke and I can't believe I was ever a fan of his. They appeal to kids, parents take the kids to events, and that is their main audience. Anyone that is over the age of 14, not a parent, and is watching is icing on the cake to them.
They don't care if you like it or not. If you keep watching, great, if not, there is another 8 year old that turned it on for the first time and is loving every second of it.

IMO, we need to do away with the brand extentaion, take the crap out, and start fresh, stop trying to get Cena as over as Austin, Bret, Hogan, HBK

The Cena haters on this board are mostly people who have watched wrestling for a long time and prefer to watch HHH or Undertaker because they do more moves or this or that. This is all Vince Mc Mahons fault actually. He gets the money from the thousands of little kids & women & other people that buy merchandise of him , tickets to see the guy wrestle . What Vince thinks means more money , he will do everything to get it done! |

You saying the titles made the wrestlers is ridiculous..Its the wrestlers who make the titles worth something..thats why the tag titles are crap on raw now..Back then it was real gold when teams like the Hardyz or E&C held it..

I don't hate WWE right now, but I can't stand the RAW Main event scene. I don't hate John Cena, but I am tired of him. Randy Orton is really dull. I can't stand Triple H and all his egomaniacal ways. I agree with every word you said. all these lame ass main events either include HHH orton Cena taker edge it's just goin round in crycles. it's gettin tiring now and i also agree with all these belts back 6 years ago it was the greatest carrer moment winnin the IC belt to some of the wrestlers now it's like they just don't seem interested. seems like MVP will never let go of that USA belt or whatever belt he has at the moment. |
