I'm really gutted, Monday night was about Ric Flair so they're starting a feud between Batista and Shawn? Whats the deal? Batista was being totally unreasonable, I guess it is an easy way to make him turn heel (Batista) Anyone else see it coming, I saw a few discussions after WM last week. I'm really dissapointed they did that, because I saw and so did the rest of us Batista give Shawn evils, I think if Shawn didn't do what he did, it would be disrespecting Ric Flair, because Ric Flair wanted him to give him his A-Game. Thoughts?

I think it's pretty obvious after Smackdown that there'll be some sort of feud between the two. I can see Batista going heel, but I'd like it to be HBK.

I don't mind that they're doing the storyline as such, but I hated how they were showing shots of Batista as Shawn was making his way to the ring at Flair's farewell address. Surely they could've left it to SmackDown.

I totally saw it coming, it's a really dumb reason to feud. Maybe the matches will be good though. I remember the Eddie/Rey feud, the story behind was dumb as crap and got old fast, but the matches were top notch. Same with Rey/Chavo.

I'm actually interested in this one for some reason. I think it's a logical feud.

I think it kinda made Batista sound like an idiot when he was saying that stuff to Shawn Michaels... Flair wanted his A game, and ask for it... and Batista's trying to tell Shawn that he should had just lay down for him... I'm sure Ric Flair would had took a win like that. Hopefully Michaels and Batista have some decent matches though

It's something fresh to look forward to. Should be a pretty good feud with a decent story behind it. They should be able to pull off a great match.

I think the story behind it is good, and HBK can carry anybody to a good match( although their match at Armageddon '03 was kind of bad).
I see this as a face vs. face feud with HBK going heel after Backlash.

It's funny - 'cos Batista doesn't deserve to even be in the same ring, as legends like Flair or HBK..

(Hopes Shawn will kick Batista's ass.) ;D

HBK is due a heel turn... they hinted at it during the flair build up! Why not fully go with it now. Keeps him fresh. Plus there are alot of upper midcard/main event faces at the moment!

I think that Batista is going to go heel, not HBK.

I'm actually interested in this one for some reason. I think it's a logical feud. I agree, this feud makes sense. On one hand you have a guy who thought it was best to give Flair everything he had. On the other hand you have a guy who thinks it would've been best to just give Flair the win so he could still compete. Both guys are close friends with Flair and both have different opinions on how the match should've went down. It's an interesting feud.

It works but as far as the idea of HBK being the heel goes, it might not work since I think more people would boo Batista. Notice how he got booed in the match against Umaga?

I don't think either of them will turn heel.
Great logic behind the feud though. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a duh brain.
