Am I the only one who doesn't think this is that big of a deal?
So what, an accident happened...but no one was seriously hurt. All I've heard is that 3 people went to the hospital for minor burns. That doesn't sound too insane.

Were YOU injured? I don't see why people get so pissed off accidents when they or anyone they know was involved. Get the over it. It's not like terrorists came in and killed the 70,000 people that were there. It was 3.

I heard that couldve been a major catastrophe and WWE is worried about a huge lawsuit. I wouldve felt like a helpless ground zero victim if I was in that situation.

I wouldve been pissed if WWE killed one of my friends or family members because of fire works.

Does that answer your question?

Does that answer your question? Did you even watch that video? It was just a bunch of little sparklers falling, not huge explosions. Pyro was flying over EVERYONE in the stadium's head. I don't think they were all thinking terrorist attack. Seriously, people need to stop freaking out about this. Hell, the people in the video are even laughing over it. And speaking as someone who lost friends and family in 9/11, that's the worst analogy you could have possibly made to this situation. - Vertan

I'd be furious if I got burnt in the opening fireworks during WrestleMania. Missing the show would piss me right off if I paid to be there.

This is my first time seeing this and it's pretty shocking to say the least. Accidents can and will happen and this is certainly proof of that. Luckily not alot of people were injured.

It's been confirmed that this accident could have been far worse and about 50 people were injured. Ofcourse this seems minor to you, it was a stadium of 70,000 people. 9/11 was only 3,000. People don't look at things that way that's why a person that say's "it's not that bad", or, "that would never happen to me", panics when it actually does. But a wise person that is cautious and says, "what if?", or thinks that they arent untouchable can make it out of situation without panic.

So basically, you're saying this situation is worse than 9/11.. No, it wasn't. This wasn't that bad. It's been confirmed about 40 people had MINOR injuries, and the 3 people who went to the hospital were okay as well. A smart person would just enjoy the show and not spend their whole time worrying about a freak accident happening. People suffer worse injuries than what happened here everyday. Yeah, it could have been bad, but I was at Wrestlemania and saw what happened and it didn't seem like that big of a deal. No one was screaming and running a panic, it was just a minor scary moment. It's better to just not worry about situations like this. If you're afraid of this happening, then don't go to any live events. - Vertan

The supposed pyro 'experts' are there for a reason...to make sure things just like this DO NOT HAPPEN. Yes, this is a very big deal and the WWE is going to pay thru the nose for this mistake....

It's not really the WWE's fault, it's the company they hired who are more at fault. WWE aren't pyrotechnics experts, however, the company hired are. Accidents happen all the time, and no one was seriously hurt. If this accident resulted in a death or serious injury I would be a little more concerned, but that isn't the case. And from what is shown in that video it doesn't look too crazy, and at Wrestlemania it didn't look that crazy, just a bunch of a smoke and sparklers. People need to stop getting on WWE's ass about this. I hate when crap like this happens in wrestling, it's just more of a reason for the media to crap on wrestling more than they already do. - Vertan

Im saying its lucky people were not hurt because it could have easily lead to people being badly burnt and suffering bad injuries. it was only lucky that its was only minor injuries. You dont want to see people get badly injured full stop doesnt matter if its terrorist or fireworks at a wrestling ppv.
