Show has lost over 100 pounds and is more over than he has ever been in his entire career. WWE put him in the biggest match of his career at WrestleMania (note: not the most important match of his career, it's just the biggest match hype-wise of his career), and WWE has put him on all three shows this week. Do you think that this will be his year in the WWE? I personally do. I expect him to beat Khali a couple of times and continue to be featured throughout the year.

He needs a World Title Run. I can see him winning the Title on Smackdown at some point down the line, possibly the Survivor Series or something. He's such a top bloke.

He needs the ECW title, he made ECW interesting IMO back in '06, and defended it every single show and put on pretty good to awesome matches with RVD, Sabu, Flair, etc.

Big Show will be Champion by the end of the year. I can see a summer program between him and the Undetaker.

He deserves a nice little run with the World Heavyweight Championship, and I'm glad that fans in attendance the last few shows have been excited to see him perform.
Since we never will be able to see Big Show vs. Andre the Giant, the very least WWE can do is to build him as the next Andre, meaning, no fluke victories or unrealistic losses to guys like Rey Mysterio and such. If there is anyone that can play off the unstoppable monster role, it's Show and I hope he is given that opportunity again.

Maybe his year of jobbing. No way will he hold a major title. Nor should he.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous and unrealistic for him to lose to a 5'9 159LB man and then put him right into a fight with a guy who is even larger than Show is.
Is a casual fan sitting at home saying "well, he got beat by that little guy but he should have no problem with that Giant"?
More stupid booking by WWE. Bringing show back just to lose in his first real match back, to a celebrity no less, killed off the Big Show in my opinion.

Just remember. On paper, Andre The Giant vs Big John Studd seemed like a good idea too.
We all know how bad those matches were.

He's in great shape which is all credit to him, but I see his return being like Jericho's recent comeback. A whole lot of hype but nothing exciting at the end of it.
At WM Show should have beat Mayweather, the size difference & how it was booked was freakling insane. Killed him stone dead & the crowd were so behind him to destroy Mayweather, if he'd have got the big win then yeah he could have gone o to have a big year but now I don't see it.
WWE have messed around with Show so much since he jumped from WCW, how many face/ heel turns? How many crappy gimmicks?

No chance in hell. I don't like him, arrogant bald twat tbh. Unless he changes his, oh look at me, smiles, i'm over 400 pounds, smiles, you're a tall fat bastard who lost 60 pounds, big woop, heis still the same guy we have seen before, much like Jericho's return, i think the time was right when they left and only the biggest push to the top of the cards would have kept them going and only for a little while, i think people will get bored, i'm quite bored with both right now myself, just there are more exciting stars around that needthe exposure more than them, again.

Big Show had to put Mayweather over at WM24 otherwise Mayweather would have never agreed to come to the WWE. But they way the WWE played out the match was smart. It made Mayweather look weak, as he had to use his entourage, a steel chair & Brass Knucks to beat Show. Plus I think The Big Show has gained popularity going by the pop he got on RAW. The WWE are now playing of Ric Flair's "best big man" speech, by putting Show against Khali, and no doubt he will beat Khali. They will then probably start to build Show as a unbeatable Giant over the summer by putting him against other big men like, Kane, Mark Henry, Umaga & Big Daddy V and then culminating in a WHC championship match with The Undertaker at either Summerslam or Survivor Series.

I don't know if it'll be Big Show's year or not. If it is, he's already off to a rough start. I mean, with getting KO'd by Mayweather at WrestleMania and now stuck in a feud with The Great Khali. Not really the best way to come back after being gone for a while.

Yeah show deserves another world title run. He should grow out his hair and goatee, wear a singlet, and be mysterious again. Like he was early in WCW. Dungeon Of Doom music too.

I think it could be.
His feud with Mayweather was great whether anyone wants to admit it or not. In the end it got people wanting to see Mayweather get his ass kicked by Big Show, and we'll see how that worked out when the WM buyrate is released. More importantly, Big Show's got a really strong reaction since returning.
Truthfully, I'm giving this Khali deal a chance. It's easy to write it off because Khali isn't exactly the best wrestler on earth, however I think people have a tendency to forget some of the biggest angles in WWF/E history were involving atrocious in-ring wrestlers. Hogan/Warrior, anyone? I don't think anyone expects this to be an in-ring classic, but the spectacle might actually live up to the angle. Also, if you look at history Big Show's best matches have been against big guys. Lesnar, Taker, etc.. Also, the reaction to the segment on RAW was red hot, which is a good sign.
I think it's telling that Jericho returned doing his same old schtick, basically being a "character", and fans haven't bought it. Meanwhile, Show's returned and pretty much just been realistic and a normal guy, and the general audience has really taken to it.
Word.
