I'd have to say the Bushwackers. Before they went to the WWF, they were a bloodthirsty tag team called the Sheepherders and were great.

Pat Patterson and "Crippler" Ray Stevens- The Blond Bombers. WGTT especially as Team Angle they were one of the best tag teams in a while. The Eliminators. Los Gringos Locos- Eddie Guerrero and "Love Machine" Art Barr.
Don't know how under-rated these teams are considered to be by you guys, but I personally rarely hear of them mentioned in many greatest tag teams debates.

How about my favorite tag team, The Hollywood Blondes? Definitely underrated by the WCW booking committee. Thrown together just for a place on the card, then yanked apart as soon as they began to get over.
If they hadn't let Austin slip their grasp, and Pillman stayed safe and accident free, who knows how far they could've gone?

Head Cheese because they with Chester McCheesyton provided one of the greatest 'Mania moments ever and World Greatest Tag Team because they just ruled and were broken up far too early.

Any tag team Billy Gunn was in (Smokin Gunns, NAO, Billy and Chuck) have been underrated terribly..
Jim Steele and Mike Barton were underrated, imo...

I'd go either with the Rougeaus or Owen Hart & British Bulldog. There's always alot of talk about Bulldog and Owen's individual greatness but I think people routinely forget how great a team they were between 1995-1997. The Rougeaus were also a tremendously talented team and if they had displayed a fourth of the charisma they did as heels when they were faces, they could have been a big success.

The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers. These guys could do it all, but never got the respect from the fans or the front office to place titles on them. Hellllllllllllll yeah
