Do you want the winner to challenge during or directly after one of the heavyweight title matches?
And if that's a yes, do you want a new champion crowned via the briefcase?

Depending on who wins the title match, because maybe a face wins MITB and also a face wins the title match or viceversa maybe it wouldn't make sense, unless Hardy wins MITB and Triple H wins the title match.

I don't want them to cash it in that night. No one in the match is a huge superstar other than Jericho, and it would just be dull to me.

I would actually say wait several months, build the wrestler into a legitimate main event threat and then challenge for the title, be it directly after a title match or the next night/ppv and then win it.
I've never really liked the idea of blowing the one title shot within hours of winning it when the deadline doesn't end for an entire year.

I've actually been toying around with this idea in my head for a little while. If I was booking, Randy Orton would leave the triple threat match as WWE Champion, having shocked the world and seemingly become the second heel to leave the main event victorious. Then, just as it looks like Wrestlemania will end somewhat early on an obviously somber note, Money in the Bank winner Jeff Hardy cashes in his opportunity and becomes champion. The only bad thing would be the heel nature of the act. Orton had just wrestled a grueling match and here comes Hardy to capitalize. Smart, but heelish. THat is, unless the triple threat match went on earlier in the night. Some may not like the idea but it would give the show a big feel and provide excitement not seen since Cena's Rumble return in January and Edge's title win at NYR 2006.

I dont think I would want them to cash it in right away really all depends on who won the MITB as well as the Title matches

If Hardy wins MITB, then yes I do. Then I hope he loses and then we dont have to go a year with him talking about his upcoming title shot.

I don't think so, I think HHH and Taker will win at Mania and I don't see them letting anyone in MITB beat either of those guys the same night they won it

Hardy is definitely cashing in and beating H, Orton, and Cena in a Fatal 4 Way.

The only one that would make sense for that to happen to is Kennedy, since he was supposed to cash in his original briefcase at WM24.

I still think it's far-fetched and not likely to happen, but my gut is still telling me that Jeff could win it, Orton retains the belt, and Jeff takes it right after the match. Just the way they've been building Jeff Hardy, you know he's getting the MITB anyway.

It really depends who.
Kennedy doing it would own because he's a heel. A face doing it makes no sense, unless Orton retains. Which, is unlikely.

I think Hardy will win the match, but not win his title match.
