Great find!Unknown Shawn Michaels DX pants RA fig

Hey guys,
I'm from India. A shop here who sells regular Jakks WWE official figures got a shipment from China. This Shawn Michaels figure came without any box and suprisingly looks really good quality. It's not a cheap knock-off from any angle. I've not seen any official Jakks figure with this same head sculpt on the black and green DX pants. Its not the Ruthless Aggression 25 figure. Mine has a ponytail. Also the top most part of his pants has an "X", whereas the RA 25 has a green heart. I've gone through the entire Shawn Michaels inventory on Wrestlingfigs too but still couldn't find anyone matching this figure.
So finally I decided to get the store guy to contact his agent on the source of this figure. For what it's worth he tells me it's not available through Jakks as this mould was axed by them. The figure was later produced by a Chinese toy company. Also I've noticed, below his left foot, it says only "Made in China 2007". There's a sort of patch mark where "Jakks" would appear. I've paid good money for this. Check out the pics and see for yourself. He's also getting me a Booker T with silver trunks that I've not seen anywhere. Will hopefully get those pics when I get the fig tomorrow.

i think its a custom because of the pegs in the sholder joint and that is just a DA HBK head with canded off hair and someone sculpted hair onj it

I believe that's a custom. There's the screw on the shoulder. Plus the fact that its a heavyweight torso on HBK.

The shoulder joint seems to give away that it's a bootleg. I founds lots of bootlegs with similar shoulder joints.
Am not 100% positive though.

Custom or bootleg. The scan is really nice, but the pants are rough.

I've seen that before, they have them at the Boulevard Flea market in New Haven.

In the set there's also a Chris Masters, Batista, Booker T, Randy Orton, and John Cena... all of which have the heavyweight torso. There's two different Cenas, one has silver shoes, the other black.

hmmm, interesting. looks and sounds like a bootleg, but the headscan is definetely new/unreleased. I mean sure the DA figure has that face, but not that hair...

Come ON! Anyone else notice how badly painted the pants are? Those clearly are black pants that someone painted the green DX. Not even a bootleg, just a middle of the road custom. The pegs in the arms had me thinking it was a bootleg at first.

And P.S. look at the wrist.

Thats because its Matt Hardy's old hair. I'ts defantly a custom/bootleg cross.

what the hell kind of customizer would replace the arm pegs? it might be good quality plastic, but it's a bootleg IMO. also the lack-of "jakks" on the foot supports this theory.
