You guys do know if he doesn't send, you just file a Paypal chargeback or if you paid thru a credit card via Paypal, contact your credit card company. It's not that easy to actually scam somebody.. It is very easy.... If the seller sends an empty box or just another figure... he will be able to provide a tracking number for the package..... thus 'proving' that the figure was sent...,,, the recipient would be nver able to proof that the actual figure that was shown in the auction was not inside the package. Voilà.... scammed out off $ 500 !!

I anticipated the person screwing me over, so when the box arrived, I had a local police officer check my PMs to see what the deal was, then watch me open the sealed box to reveal the scam. I realize it's not always possible to predict a scam (or to get a police officer to volunteer to help out on a minor issue), but it can be done.

Rob's right. It's his photo - currently my figure. On display in my home office! And thankfully, NO one bid on that FAKE FLAIR. However, if it's listed by No Spam...well, that's another story. And check out my NEW eBay store: (self plug) PtheG Wrestling Figures Wonderland

I'm interested in seeing that video of someone walking around the figure. Pandalist and Rob7up have both emailed me that pic at one point so I'm curious as to how this guy had a video and other pictures. custom?

It even states on the Paypal Resolution Center that that choice is specifically for that. and once again, you could contact your credit card company.

these guys that are saying it was "their" figure, why havent they posted any pictures? if I had a 1/25 figure i would have about 30 pictures of it. pictures of me holding it, pictures of my family holding it. id have some hard evidence to back it up. anyone is capable of scamming or being scammed on the internet. its part of a risk. i would never pay $500 for one figure, i dont care if its 1/1. thats ridiculous.
