I need everyone to get back with me as to who they want for their second round pick. We go in reverse order this time and I'm not going to bother taking the extra step of PMing me . . . I really just wanted to hide the order for the first round.
So Calvin . . . have a look-see at the draft pool and let us know who your next pick is going to be.
For those of you who aren't intellectually- disabled . . . if you know you have the next pick, just post who you want to take. You don't have to wait for me to be here.

That's how I roll. I want to thank everyone for getting me their picks quick enough for us to have this done already. Hopefully the second round will go as smoothly as the first.

I'm currently at Fort Meade, Maryland. I'm an Army dude. Did two years over in Japan and came back home (literally, grew up 10 min. out of Ft. Meade) last August. The degree of wrestling that I follow is one that's relatively non existent. It got old, for me. There was a time when I would cry if I missed a show. And from that point (Rumble '98) until The Summerslam that Austin and Angle had one of the most badass fights I've ever seen, I loved it. After that, though, it got soft . . . almost immediately. Vince said the cruisers had to tone it down . . . the bumps weren't as crisp . . . and the stories, to me, were unoriginal. So . . . now I don't really watch it because there's nothing that I can find that is good technically sound, pure wrestling. I enjoyed the TNA X-Division DVD with some of the Pete Williams/Styles matches . . . and I've got a big collection of japanese wrestling . . . but I don't really follow anything that current. If I may ask . . . why do you ask? I asked as you seem like a cool dude. Yeah, not the stawker worthy questions. I'm a bit surprised you say you like technically sound, pure wrestling, but yet you only look for that in japanese wrestling. At least two promotions come to mind with me in the U.S, for exactly that. Oh and sorry for spamming up the thread. One less Zombies post.

So are we going to hang out now? Wanna come over for a BBQ today? Do you live anywhere near MD?
Also . . . I wasn't looking specifically for Japanese . . . but there were a few wrestlers that really caught my eye and I'm really not into wrestling enough to test new waters if you know what I mean.
And don't think I was being sarcastic about the BBQ . . . my wife and I really are having one today and if you live close, you can come by.

I'd need my dad or someone family-wise to drive, meaning more BBQ would be required. Perhaps some garlic toast or corn on the cob. Oh and while we're on the topic. . . What are you more into; the Japanese heavyweights or juniors?

I like both. All Japan Pro and NOAH are two of my favorites. The Americans they let wrestle over there have are the kind I like to watch. For example . . . Chris Sabin won the Junior League tournament this year and that entire event was outstanding. I think my favorite guy to watch is NOAH's Champion Misawa. He's amazing.
Where are you at? How far away? And how old are you that you only have your learner's permit?

Best wrestler in the history of wrestling = Doug Basham. Anywhoo, few comments on the draft. The amount of people who picked themselves is really quite funny. It seems like it'd take the fun out of it. I didn't even put myself on my draft order. I got the 7th ranked guy on my board. I have no idea why CBT fell as far as he did. He = underrated.

There were a few people, I feel, that really dropped the ball on their picks. I just think that a few there in the middle don't have enough experience with certain people here and they may have just picked their friends or something like that.

I would like to add that no one's first pick was themselves. But as the picks got taken, people somehow ended up being the first available on their lists.
I think it's very interesting the way things turned out. A couple of us at the bottom of the draft actually ended up with some damn decent picks . . . which I'm completely thankful for. And there are still a few good choices available in the pool.

And Calvin picking Luther Castle was amazing, considering he never gets booked.

Calvin's wishlist was literally like 7 people long with Castle as the last. He then said something like:
"I don't really know who anyone else is so just pick someone at random"
