i hope so. i really don think the problem is the figures with Mattel, its more of problem how there releasing them and distributing them and why people cant seem to buy there products.. which has been sub-par. I can see where WWE might have some questions regarding that.

Yes. Plus, Mattel is losing a lot of major license lately, like Batman/DC. So they will probably fight to keep WWE just because its a major license and a good seller.
