i personally don’t have any problem with people being excited about the concept of aew. I mean, it’s at least causing some discussion!
if dolph goes to aew and they manage to creatively put him in a good direction then cool! not going to lose sleep over it not happening either.

Tye wasn't even a main eventer in NXT. He was the Dolph Ziggler on NXT that lost to every new star. The same role that Kassius Ohno fills now. So I'm not sure why anyone expected different on the main roster.

This notion that the wwe didn’t do right by Dolph is ludicrous. How many pushes have they given him? Held just about every title there was to hold, main evented PPV’s, got to feud with every major star that came through Wwe. I don’t know how much more they could have done with him other than force another world title around his waist, and that would have been a bust cause the majority of fans just didn’t see him as that guy. I’ll say it again, the guy goes to new japan, roh, or AEW and he still will be slotted in the same position albeit at less money and less exposure.

Good for him. Hopefully he wherever he goes he gets treated like like he should have in WWE. Yeah... being a former heavyweight champion, US champion, Intercontinental champion, and tag team champion is not enough! That’s such a vague one dimensional view.. How many of those title reigns lasted? How long did Ziggler have the world title before they took it off of him and never even gave him a chance again? Anyone can be given any title, it’s how they utilize you in that role. You can’t tell me that Ziggler didn’t make the most of those opportunities either. I thought the stuff he did with Drew and Seth this past year was some of the best work he’s done in years, but how did he get rewarded for that? Oh that’s right jobbed out and hasn’t been used in Raw in like 3 weeks. It’s never been on Ziggler’s end for the way he’s been booked. Vince was never a fan of his from the start. And sure you can call Ziggler unmotivated our outspoken about his position at times, but anyone else would do the same exact thing when your company constantly craps on you.

I kind of do blame Ziggler. Not saying its his fault with this, but that Del Rio concussion incident didn't do him any favors. I'd put money on the fact that when he got hurt, it opened some people's eyes. If he could get hurt from an errant kick, what's going to happen if he doesn't stop flailing around like a fish on a deck? The guy sells as if he is the QWERTY runner. Arms go one way, head goes another. It's great, but you're opening yourself up to injuries because the slightest miscalculation can cause disaster. I'm sure WWE told him: "You can steal the show because fans like seeing you flop around, or you can wrestle safer and get rewarded. Are you an artist? Or do you like to have belts? Because we're not risking making you a star if you're going to go out and get yourself seriously injured cause then we're in the news again because you decided act reckless as to your body, and they'll think we sanctioned it." To this day, the guy sells as if he was punched in the gut by Superman. Once he got hurt, Vince and co soured on him, and I'm certain this was the thought process.

Now they got a story out there that Andrade is unhappy and wants to leave and supposedly helped Rush and Dragon Lee decide to sign with Ring of Honor. Someone is seriously planting this crap out there. There is just no way all of this stuff is true.

As previously reported, there have recently been a number of rumors that Dolph Ziggler is on his way out of the WWE. He recently changed his Twitter account back to his real name, Nic Nemeth. Also, he posted the following vague tweet yesterday, possibly commenting on the rumors. You can check out the tweet Dolph Ziggler shared below.
Big , if true is what her wrote. Gerweck.net

I stopped reading as soon as you said you partially blame Ziggler for someone else being careless and kicking him in the head. It had nothing to do with his selling as he’s never injured himself during a sell.

People are saying "this time of year again" and what have you, but the fact that he's set up a Pro Wrestling Tees shop should surely indicate that this is different from other times we've had this discussion.

Look at the facts though: He didn't win the World title every night, and that means he was BURIED and HELD DOWN. It's in the Wfigs handbook.

Ziggler has had a pretty good run all things considered.
Not a lot of stars get a 12 year+ run with the WWE especially during the era which he started in. Back then you were lucky to get 3 years as roster turnover was that high at one point.
He's won several titles so I wouldn't call his career a travesty or anything.
