If we're differentiating between length of stay and actual defenses, then Ante isn't the only change that needs to be made. Not even considering going down that road. Drakz' 851 days was a logical conclusion to the simple fact that he woke up and went to bed as champion for 851 consecutive days. No such logic loophole exists to rewrite history because one person had more defenses in less time than another. That's as much on the bookers as it is the wrestler anyway. If anything, we would add a separate category of record for most successful defenses... and I'm not that into tracking records and updating history pages so it would be up to somebody else. Who wants to go back and check literally every show in WFWF history to get the stats right? My hand is NOT raised. Sorry DK, you're stuck as an asterisk compared to Ante in the annals of the WFWF. Again, not taking away that accomplishment Ante has. Just was messing around with Mesh. All in good fun!

Not really taking away that accomplishment from Ante. All was in good fun. I think the argument holds merit. Who cares how long anyone held a title if they didn't defend the thing?

It's not like you're trying to posture some earth shattering length of time with the belt with one or two defenses to show for it. Yours lacks no merit.

I guess in my head, two defenses against one no-show and the other lacking thought and motivation doesn't really equate to much of a "reign". The only defense with actual competition, I lost.

At the risk of setting the world on fire again - you lost to a veteran writer under a new guise, which, as the title's creator, is the complete antithesis of its purpose and existence. You have nothing to be down over.

I just read that my old college radio station is instituting a new policy starting tomorrow that DJs cannot play any artist that has a million or more likes on social media. This means that the DJs won't be able to play Iggy Pop and the Ramones for example. So f*cking stupid. I don't even want to listen to a punk rock radio show that can't play Iggy or the Ramones. That's the equivalent of a classic rock station banning Led Zeppelin and the Beatles.
I'm glad I have Spotify and can put whatever the hell I want on my playlist regardless of how many utterly meaningless social media likes an artist has.

I never understood the appeal of the Beatles and The Ramones. The best music acts that comes from England involves Eric Clapton, Robert Plant or Peter Gabriel. None of those guys were in the Beatles. And punk music is just glorified noise pollution. F~ck Joey Ramone. I recently saw some preview for a movie where some guy was making music in a world that the Beetles never existed. I would love to be part of that world.

So in college, I was sitting next to this girl in my English class that had a Joey Ramone shirt on. We starting talking about something and when I noticed her shirt I asked if it was Joey Ramone, when she said it was, my next response was "I rooted for the cancer. I guess my team won." She cried. This was maybe six months after he died. I still don't feel bad about that one. And everyone knows that the two best bands of Jews were the Beastie Boys and KISS so again I say, f~ck Joey Ramone and punk music in general.

I have listened to every album they have made and I hate them all equally. I don't like any of the solo stuff after the band split either. I will never make a judgement without listening to it first.

Keep trying until you get it right. I am going to pass on that one. I can appreciate a lot of things from the United Kingdom like their love for ecstasy, hooligan movies and the show EastEnders. The Beatles will never be one of those things.

Drakz told me that once when I told him how much I liked Danny Dyer as an actor. Which is probably why I like EastEnders now. To be fair, I didn't know what the show was until I dated a woman from Norwich in 2015 who was obsessed with the show.

Does anyone have any specific music you listen to when writing? (if you listen to music while writing) I'm having some mad troubles deciding on what to listen too, My music taste switches so drastically, it goes from Vaporwave to Tech N9ne to Slipknot to Linear (aussie band), its absolutely bonkers

I would love to be part of that world. Hahaha! My wife hates The Beatles. I told her about that movie. She was all in when I said 'it's about a guy who wakes up in a world where The Beatles never existed'. Once I told her 'but he remembers them so he gets famous by playing their music', she backed right out, citing that they ruined a perfectly wonderful concept. I won't even begin weaving my own narrative into the points being discussed here. I've accepted that my tastes in music are erratic, nonsensical, and awful.

A lyric or song title will usually end up as my RP title too. Would be interested what sort of things others listen to while writing.
