I can't stand people, so all I need is an apartment by myself. Having roommates was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have a regular slampiece, but she stays the night and goes in the morning. I can't imagine being married, and I loathe kids, so I really don't see any reason to change it. I wouldn't mind having a dog, but this place has carpeting and I don't want to clean up the messes.

Just bought a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with my wife. It's a big 2 story house with a jacuzzi in the master bath. It's awesome. We're out in the woods of Virginia and it's quiet as hell. Never thought I would enjoy sitting on a porch watching hummingbirds, but dammit, I do. Before this i lived in an apartment below the loudest people on earth. I often thought of firing a weapon through the ceiling. That's sounds awesome, I hate having neighbors

4 bedroom 2.5 bath house (2,500 square feet) we bought brand new in 2008. We have since had our second child (She is 4, my son 10) and feel we have outgrown the place. So something bigger in the next few months. (We bought our house for 300k, it is now 400k).

wife and I bought a house 3 years ago so we live there and with our 2 daughters. Some days I miss the good old days living back home with the parents without worrying about bills and chores. But I have it good. Thinking about moving to a bigger house but just don't want to get into a higher mortgage.

Still living at home with my parents right now. It gets to feel a bit cramped sometimes, but for the most part my parents aren't really home much. So I basically have the house to myself.
I've looked at some apartment listings but being in NY it's tough to find a reasonably priced place without a roommate.

I live alone in a unit, and have done so for quite some time. I don't see it changing anytime soon.

I'm still living at home but I pay rent, buy my own food, pay for my cell phone, cable etc. My fiancee and I are hoping to move together next summer as we both graduate this May. I'm from Jersey as well and the original plan was for us to live here, but it's looking more likely that we will be moving to Michigan (where she is from) instead as it's much cheaper to live out there, the jobs are good, and overall it's a very laid back state. While I've been a Jersey boy my whole life I've grown tired of Jersey, especially within the last few years.

I'm currently in a weird transition period.
I moved out of my moms house due to years of personal family issues finally pushing me to my limits.
So currently I'm living with my grandparents. It's difficult because my Aunt, Uncle, and their three kids also live here but I'm oddly at the happiest point in my life in YEARS.
I plan on staying here for another few months until I get my drivers license and can then get my own place.
Sometimes it's frustrating because I can't get to sleep for work early or I can't do something I want to do because of my family doing something already, stuff like that but like I said it's much happier than the situation I'm coming from so I make it work.

I'm 32 and own a 3bedroom/2bathroom home with a garage. I have 2 kids that stay here on the weekends during the school year and stay here every other week during summer. I have no significant other.
I have 2 dogs; a pit/boxer mix and a beagle mix.
