Probably gonna be an unpopular opinion, but personally, I'd rather see current guys being made over old stars. I understand there's a large section of adult collectors in this community who focus on flashbacks, but I feel that their #1 priority should be modern superstars. One thing I like about Jakks was that their legends line was completely seperate, meaning it didn't interfere with the main RA line either. Just my thoughts. Not knocking guys who collect classic figures at all, but I, personally, would rather see some more modern dudes being made.

That is why they were inserted into the regular elite and basic lines. Including older legends actually helps out the line. You can have so many variations of current roster guys. Plugging in a legend or two or more allows you to hold off on including yet another Cena, Orton, Reigns, etc in every series.

Already got a WM31 Taker in the WM heritage line. Maybe from Summerslam 2015 with basic 63 headscan? That face does kinda look like the one he made when sat up next to brock laughing lol

The reason it didn't do well was because it was done too early and the attires were terrible. Who remembers Slaughter ever wearing that LG1 figures attire? Same can be said about almost every other character except Macho Man, Warrior and BBB.

Geez... what good is an all flashback set if its just the same guys theve already pumped out 1000 times? Hell, if Mattel wants to really impress us, why not do an all first time in the line set instead? Now THAT would be amazing!

Same can be said about almost every other character except Macho Man, Warrior and BBB. The good figures and attires by far outnumbered the bad. Austin, Dusty, Road Warriors, Steamboat, Rude, Kamala, Jake, Sheik, Rock, Perfect, Duggan, Warrior, Steele, Hillbilly Jim, Orndorff, Demolition, Savage, Model, Akeem, Bam Bam, Warrior, Eddie were all good looking figures in attire and/or accessorized brilliantly.

If this is the set, it seems pretty solid. All flashbacks? I doubt it. Mattel hates giving us classic Y2J figures; it took 6 years to get the more after the original one. Undertaker will sell, but I'm sure he will be current; I don't know why Mattel shys away from ABA Taker... Kamala... Straight re-release, we will be lucky to get his shield though. Any HBK and Warrior is a Flashback, but Mattel has a wealth of options. I doubt they would ever re-release a Warrior, even though many have requested L6. So it's anyone's guess. Based on this list, I'm sure I'll purchase HBK, Warrior, and Y2J. Undertaker is iffy, the rest are easy passes.

Not that I care for your approval, but you're the second person to call me out on this. So I'll give you the same response I gave the first one. Feel free to peruse through my activity. While you may disagree or even take issue with my viewpoints on certain topics, I can guarantee you that I don't spam nor do I make any posts that aren't a worthy contribution in some way, shape, or form... And for what it's worth, there are people on this forum with tens of thousands of posts in a couple of years. Anyways, as long as HBK is from the late 90s I'm good with whatever the rest of this series is. I never told you it was a bad thing. However, if you keep up you will be in the exact same boat. That is obviously your choice though. I couldn't maintain this rate in the long term even if I wanted to. Btw, you're not a modest poster yourself. At just under 10 months and nearly 1500 posts, that's 150 posts a month. Granted I hit that in 1/3 the time. But it is my first month on a new forum. Call me out if I maintain this rate in a year from now.

I either want Ultimate Warrior from his WM match with HHH or in a current look. Everyone is saying that HBK, Undertaker and Y2J could be current, but why can't Warrior be current? You know, Hall of Fame-look/the day after Wrestlemania on Raw? I'd like a Warrior with the short grey hair, but I might be alone in that. Not alone at all! That would probably be the only Warrior I'd buy. I feel they're going overkill on Warrior but the short gray hair would be a fresh take.
