So I watched the women's promo again and oh my god, that might have been the worst Charlotte mic performance yet. I know she's bad there but wow, that was horrible. I think it was wrong to have her go out there and cut a long promo in front of that crazy crowd. They should've played to her strengths and realised she wasn't ready to handle such a rabid crowd. I can't really put much blame on Charlotte for this one. The crowd wanted Bayley and she tried her best.

Charlotte has proven, time and time again, that promos are her weakest point (selling would be second). Putting her in front of that crowd, to cut a long promo by herself was a terrible idea.

I don't understand what's so bad about Charlotte's promos? She's pretty standard for how Divas have always been.

There aren't many girls that are good on the mic, but she's been the worst for a while. I'm sure we'll totally disagree here since all we seem to see eye to eye on now is Puro.

Everyone's delivery is awful. There's barely anyone on the roster who can cut a convincing, legit promo. Kevin Owens has flashes of goodness, but other than Cena, there's no one lighting the world on fire on the mic that's under their employment in terms of "new" guys. Enzo is good, but he has a Road Dogg type of quality about him if that makes sense. This is another big flaw in the roster at the moment. As for Charlotte, I don't think she's all that bad. Being the standard for a Diva promo isn't necessarily a good thing, mind you, but none of them are very good at promos. They all sound fake, and it shows. Bayley is the closest to being good on the mic, I think, and even she needs work.

I really don't want to enjoy the Reigns we got on Raw because the last time I did (TLC) they did Tater Tots and ruined the whole thing. Booking him against AJ Styles is a really interesting move. Going to be a great match.

And why have a heel give (or try to) a face promo about how much this new title and recognition means

The crowd made that segment awkward. I think Charlotte is much improved on the mic. I think she's the best woman for the belt to be on right now. As for her selling, I've seen a lot worse. Selling is a lost art now. The person who takes the moves is up before the person delivering the moves most of the time. I like Charlotte more and more each time I see her.

Reigns should have started turning heelish months ago. I just think Vince has convinced himself Reigns is popular with the crowd because his merch is moving decently. Well it moves because his shirts aren't terrible and they get discounted a lot; but he tries to forget that last bit. People will start liking the arrogant Reigns and he doesnt even need to be full blown heel either!

Sadly I believe SuperCena will be the face to take the title off Reigns when he returns

just now catching raw and noticed the video for the vaudevillians. i have to say, i can not remember the last time I lacked this much excitement for a call up. i never got the appeal for them in the first place and feel they'll go the same route as the ascension did on the main roster, and be a failure.

Sasha is decent as well but doesn't get lots of opportunities to talk. Charlotte is quite bad IMO. I don't think Bayley is that great on the mic, but in like a Daniel Bryan kind of way, she's so genuine that she doesn't have to be amazing on the mic. People will like what she's saying anyway.

They will. But they're incredible wrestlers, a nice throwback style. The gimmick itself won't go over at all but they'll be entertaining while they last.

I love the Vaudevillains. I popped big time when they won the titles in Brooklyn.

In my opinion that was a really poor Raw compared to the standards that we often get with Post-Mania Raw's. I'm not really sure what benefit Shane had as the Raw GM other than the fact he gave us a Main Event that featured four 'Internet Darlings' if you like, and a Tables Match. It felt like they had nothing legitimate up there sleeve so just tried to do little things to keep the smarter crowd happy, such as the introduction of not one but three NXT Superstars (even if Big Cass & Enzo are the only ones that really fit the bill right now). Even Shane being made GM didn't make any logical sense considering what him and Vince have been going to war for for the past few months, it felt as though it was a half assed attempt to keep the fans on their side. I'm assuming they still don't know what their going to do with Dean Ambrose yet so they've given him a Raw off. I thought it was a lock that Jericho was winning, so was genuinely shocked when AJ got the pin. I can still see Jericho getting added to the equation though and it becoming a Triple Threat. If not, then I guess I'll take AJ over Ryback or Big Show any day, but it still doesn't make me much more excited as I already know the outcome and its once again false hope, another attempt to keep the smarter fans interested and on board following Wrestlemania. I guess there just wasn't any real 'big thing' that we normally get on these Raw's. No Bullet Club, no Finn Balor, no Samoa Joe, no Brand Split. I mean I know we already knew Balor wasn't coming once he retained at Takeover, which to me is a real shame as he could have been made an instant Star if he made his first Raw appearance infront of the hottest crowd of the year, but I guess it would detract there efforts of making Roman the guy that we all want to see. They can't keep it too long though, he's already starting to stale up in NXT which is the last thing they want happening before he even makes it to the main roster. My idea would be to have a final match with Joe and do a double turn where Bulletproof saves Balor from losing the title. They have teased that Balor has barely survived both matches with Joe, so it makes sense to have the Bulletproof stable to help him get the W. Plus that would enable a heel Balor/face Nakamura title feud. From there, Joe moves to the main roster as a face and Balor/Nakamura can have a dream feud. They can't turn Balor Heel, he'll be a huge money maker for them as a face when he gets to the Main Roster. I'm leaning more to think that Bullet Club will be heel, but I think they'll come in so hot that it'll be hard for them to keep them heel. I think Bullet Club could likely cost AJ Styles the Championship. If not then I have no idea what there plan is as I was certain we'd get them on the post Mania Raw if we didn't get them during the Hell in a Cell at Wrestlemania.

Man this AJ/Reigns match has SO many possibilities.
They definitely had this match planned before AJ'S debut. He and Reigns' odd intersctins during the rumble make so much more sense now.
My heart says they'll go with AJ leading to a full blown hell Reigns but my mind days that Reigns wins clean and keeps on keeping on as a "tweener".

Man the odd tension between them was so obvious. Plus they very clearly kept them away from each other after Styles' initial debut. This is extremely interesting. Styles definitely had this match in his contract or was promised it. Now the only question is does he win. I had a bad feeling this will be a Raw main event and we'll get Reigns/HHH two at the PPV but I think I might be wrong on that.
