I started watching wrestling in 1985. Wwf. I hated ric flair because I never saw him wrestle and people compared him to my hulk hogan. I loved hogan. I never saw the horsemen until they had Jarrett and mcmichael. So I don't care about the horsemen set much. I bought one but I don't care to ever own Tully or Barry. I have to say though, Flair is now one of my all time favorites. The Heenan family,.....I'll buy at least 2 Dont say flair isnt your god or these guys will jump your crap. Its ignorant not to whack it to the horsemen.

But, didn't Bill comment that the Horsemen set did well enough to justify the Heenan Family set? The impression I got from him is that the Horseman set did a lot better than people around here seem to think it did. Just because you see them on the shelf doesn't mean they aren't moving. It's possible they're just restocking them. Yes everyone on here is saying they didn't sell and are "rotting" on the shelves. In my area they sold really well. Better than I thought, my impression is mattel made WAY more than they should have. They have restocked them like 4 times. They should maybe make the 4 packs limited to 10,000 like some of the old jakks CS 3 packs to keep them off the shelves

Good for you, buddy. This is what message boards are for. You say something, then someone else replies. If you say something that's clearly wrong or ignorant, someone will correct you. Except nothing i said was wrong. So yeah. And im not the only person that said they dont care about the horsemen. So, again, yeah..... But, you have a nice day in your cute little world full of rainbows and fairies where everyone has to share your opinion or they are wrong and ignorant. Um, no. Saying you don't care about the Horsemen or flashbacks is fine. You said "Horsemen didn't stand a chance" and insinuated that because Horsemen sold so poorly, which is false, that the Heenan Family is doomed. I pointed out your factual errors and you're being a little turd because of it.

I told you last time... I'm going to echo you on those rockers until they're made!!! But I like the idea of having classic Survivor Series teams as four packs.... Specifically this one: I would also love to see Dino bravo, earthquake, haku and barbarian And Warlord, rick Martel, Hercules and Paul Roma Seeing how Dino Bravo was murdered by the mafia, I can't see him getting a figure

Oh man, Dino will probably never get a figure but I still think the original survivor series "natural disasters" would be a mega cool box set... Even if it didn't appeal to the mass market or sell well Another super cool survivor series team that could never happen due to the wwe not allowing the Mountie to be made

They put themselves in a corner by going with a Hall of Fame line instead of individually themed Flashbacks with packaging unique to each set. Yeah I have to agree putting the 4 packs in the HOF line limits what can be done,I wanted the 97 Hart Foundation but Bret's the only one in the HOF so how about Lita,Trish( I know she has a HOF fig already)Mae and Moolah or Alundra/Medusa and Sherri? Maybe they'll start doing flashback 4 packs or continue the Elite 2 packs if the NOD Faarooq and Rock sell enough when released.

You have to look at the patterns we've seen:
First: the guys or their faction MUST be in the Hall of Fame. That eliminates a lot of the suggestions in this thread. Second: most of the attires in the set must be relatively simple if not mono-colored. Again, this eliminates some of the above suggestions. Third: half of the 4-pack are straight up repaints (Arn & Tully and Mr. Perfect & Andre) with head sculpts that have already been released. Fourth: very limited accessories

The four packs really can't go on much longer anyhow under the h.o.f title due to all the restrictions, how many four packs can you make with the limited amount of h.o.f guys under contract anyhow... It's too bad they limited themselves so much
Two packs aren't h.o.f are they? Because that would be lame
Edit; no, because the rock isn't in the h.o.f yet, thankfully, because now the options aren't extremely limited like the hall of fame figures

What we need is a jobber 4-pack. Barry Horowitz, Iron Mike Sharpe, and the Mulkeys.

Keeping it simple and within the HOF criteria: they can make a 4 pack with Bob Backlund, Bruno Sammartino, Pedro Morales, and Superstar Billy Graham as a WWWF champions set. May not set the world on fire with modern fans but should make a lot of collectors and old school fans happy.

I could see something like that, but switching out a couple for more modern guys as a sort of generational champions set. An all old-school set would be rad, but they'd probably hedge their bets with an Austin or HBK in there.
