Would anyone have any idea to how much a loose Winston Eraser Junkyard Dog would fetch? No pun intended. It has no chain and I bought it in a lot that had other figures in it. Can't find any closed auctions on eBay but I know that him, Piper and Richter are among the more desired from the set but price wise...I have no idea on value. Anyone have any idea on this?

Very hard to tell, they don't come up to often.
Last one I remember seeing was a MOC JYD and that fetched quite a bit.

Loose and no chain, about 25 percent of its value. Maybe...$25?

Loose and no chain, about 25 percent of its value. Maybe...$25? I think it would be much more than that. A moc jyd would command way more than 100 bucks so even if your percentage is correct, the dollar amount would be higher.

Don't remember the exact price, but there was a slightly damaged loose JYD on eBay within the last year that was listed for around $50. I don't think it sold.

Thanks for the sharing of opinions on this, it's much appreciated. I will be listing the eraser tomorrow and I guess I will just have to figure out what kind of price to start the bidding at. Either that, or I may just go the route of doing Buy it Now/Best Offer. Not quite sure which one to go with yet.

For some reason JYD has lost a lot of value. Blame me when I paid a considerable amount when I finally found a MOC one; it seemed to nosedive after that. Sadly mine is even MOC w/o the chain. Since then I've seen MOC examples pop up at times for $150-200 without even selling. I can't remember seeing any loose ones, but I'd guess it might command around $50 if it retains its "weak value" when it's listed.

That was at a time where there were 2-3 popping up within months. I haven't seen them in quite a while; there's no telling what prices they'll command once they surface again.
