Does anyone know how to change the snaps on the back of a replica belt? My nephew got one in the mail and two of the snaps on back are crushed. The store won't take it back saying that its over 30 days (my brother in law got it in july to give to him for his bday; didnt notice the 2 snaps).

I believe you may need a special snap setting tool. You could try registering at belttalk.com and searching the forums for similar topics.

"Any craft store sells a tandy leather snap kit for about $10 with 5 nickle and 5 brass snaps with the anvil and setter.
Female can be done no problem. Male needs the backing pulled back to replace"
Maybe that will help, did a quick search over there, didn't know if you wanted to bother registering to get a simple answer.
