For example, some guys we saw multiple figures made of a certain era of their career, while the rest were all but ignored.
Hulk Hogan:
CS8, Belt and Figure, Mega Maniacs, Andre Pack,CSDA, etc all covered his 80's and early 90's look, but we got one proper 2002 attire only twice in the HBK pack and CS 11. I don't count the Orton pack. To the best of my memory, maybe one or two nWo? (RA era) Mattel also has this problem, which sucks considering the likelihood of any more being made is beyond slim, we got the DM, Walmart entrance, and mania heritage. All 80s hulk. The Elite was current and the Wm9 attire. Never got any nWo or 2002 era.
Undertaker also has this problem.
We never got a CS of his ABA days except for the HHH pack. No Big Evil, just deadman. Even also with Mattel, we've gotten dozens and dozens of modern Taker, a few throwbacks, but only one ABA.
Shawn Michaels had so many attires in his 96-98 run and in his return 2002-2004, yet we barely saw any of them made despite all of the RSC exclusives.
Does this frustrate anyone else?

I often wonder that. We got several Slaughters & Pipers in similar attires each time among others. When we could have gotten New Foudation Neidhart, Million Dollar Corporation Volkoff, Duggan in his Purple card Hasbro attire.
They also could have made more Austin figure from his Stunning Steve days when he had hair since his Stone Cold attire is so plain. Plus Rick Rude could have been made more with all his various attires.

Does this frustrate anyone else? In short, yes. While they have managed to make many decent Jeff Hardys as he returned, they never really managed to make many good/ accurate figures based on his early 2000 phase... For example, the ringside rivals Jeff figures. The one vs Guerrero appears to be based off of his invasion look, but it seems off and doesn't have the right hair... just a recycle. And the one vs Matt Hardy COMPLETELY skimped out on the two-toned hair and arm paint shown even on the package's cut out of him (a shame this attire was never made correctly.) Not only that, but the unrelenting/relentless R3 Jeff Hardy was basically a repeat of the previously mentioned figure and neither of them even include armbands on his right arm! I may just be nitpicking, but Jeff has so much detail that doing bad on the smallest thing makes it feel lazy. Don't even get me started on how they rarely ever paint the outer stitching on his pants anymore... Always did it back in the TTL and R3 days.
