I'm sure there are other women on here or lurking. A lot of my ebay orders for older legends were from women so they are definitely in to collecting. You are probably right. I can never tell by the user names. You have an ebay store? I don't have an ebay store. I just started collecting in December so I was catching up and a lot of the figures I bought off of ebay were sold by women.

My wife says I have too many figures, but then I will get a text saying I found LOD do you need them, or I know you had a bad day at work so I got you something. Even her father buys me figures.

My girl supports my hobby. Hell she even buys me some lol. She does think my hogan collection is a little obsessive and wonders why I need multiples. Chicks will never get it lol. I'm like cuz hulk rules babe.

My fiancee' has never batted an eye about it. I get a little embarrassed sometimes, but it doesn't bother her in the least. In fact, she got Arn Anderson and DDP for me as a surprise after she saw me looking for them for a good price online. She's unbelievably supportive and doesn't even mind that I play with them sometimes. The fact that she supports it makes me love her even more. Of course, she loves clothes and I never discourage her from it. I think she's just glad that I don't give her sh*t about clothes (her ex-bfs all would) so she happily supports my hobby in return. Honestly, every day I feel like I hit the amazing girlfriend lottery.

My current girlfriend of the past 3 years is okay with me collecting them. Actually she has even gotten into collecting some herself. She has like around 10 figures on display in her display area.
I think if a girl really loves you she will not just put up with your collection obsession but start collecting stuff she likes as well. Then it's definitely a common thing in the relationship which in the long haul isn't a bad thing.
However, I have had past girlfriends who never understood the passion of the hobby. They saw them as just 'toys' for kids. Which I suppose they are, but for us big kids we like to buy them and put them on display.

my ex didnt mind it, she was a wrestling fan herself and had her own small collection that I helped her with, sometimes i spent more time on my customs than i shouldve compared to quality time with her, cant change the past tho
My girlfriend isnt a wrestling fan, but she is a toy collector herself so she thinks its cool

When I sold all my stuff originally that is where I sold everything.

A lot of you are lucky. My now ex- was fine with it at first, but my "wrestling obsession" supposedly drove her away. Sorry to hear man. This is my biggest fear and the reason why I am downsizing my collection.

I feel bad for some people when I read that their significant others don't approve of their hobby. I don't know your relationship at all, but I know that if the person I married hated something harmless that I enjoyed, I'd be really disappointed.

Wife is cool with it. She's into wwe as well so that helps. She does make jokes from time to time calling them "my dolls". She will hunt for me if she hits a store and gives me the rundown on what's in stock. She does get on me sometimes if I buy multiples. But my income is good and she can't argue when I point out her shoe collection.
I display mine and enjoying sharing the knowledge with my daughters who are also into wwe and have their own respective collections.
I did just get my wife her first figure. The new Randy Orton minus the evolution shirt. Haven't given it to her yet!

I had one that didn't have a problem with it...until after we broke up. But I think that was just mainly her trying to hurt my feelings. If you're gonna hurt me, tell me that DC is cancelling Batman. Telling me it's childish to collect toys just makes me laugh.

She doesn't knock it or really support it. As long as my collection stays in my mini gym / work room she doesn't care. "No wrestlers in the living room" is her rule but shes ok with my replica belts in there. She's also cool with my Batman and Ghostbusters stuff in there but no wrestlers.

My girlfriend fully supports it. She has actually become a fan of wrestling over the past few years. Just today she marked out when she got to meet Colt Cabana. Ended up getting a Cabanarama headband and a photo with him. I had never been prouder haha

When I started dating my wife, I told her I have something to show her. So I took her to my room and she first saw my collection of CDs. I have about 300+ CDs in my collection. She said, "that's it??" I replied, "No..." and proceeded to take out two boxes. In the boxes were 20 kids sized Jakks WWE Championship Title Belts. I told her, "this is my thing." She was cool with it, my collection grew ever since, and we lived happily ever after.
By the way, her thing...designer purses.
