First off let me start by saying I have not enjoyed hunting these stupid hof series 2 figs. Everyone and their 3rd cousin removed found these in california with no problems while I got to sulk and walk around like a baby for a week....yes a baby!

So I've been checking this tracker everyday since Memorial Day to get my Hogan. They finally hit my area on Monday of this week and of course all sold out quickly. Its really been a disease...i got up this morning at 5:20 am for work and the first thing I did was check the tracker! Sick I know. A target got a bunch of figs in and I waited till 8AM on the dot to call them and after being on the phone for 20 mins at work the guy says they have them. I tell him I want the whole case and he told me they would only hold 3. Fine. I dont wanna be a greedy pain in the butt I can wait for the rest, I tell him give me 2 Hogans and 1 Yoko. He says they will hold him for me.

I finally make my way to target after work and sure enough when I get to the CS desk the guys says he only has 2 figs. 1 Hulk n 1 Yoko. At this point any1 else might be happy but I made him check again....he finds nothing. He says only the 2. I tell him it doesnt make sense that there would be only 2 when the guy said he would put 3. If he wasnt going to put them on hold he would either leave them out or put the 3 he said he would. After arguing and taking a 30 min drive out there I had enough and went home with the 2. Yes Hulk is amazing put now its back to work cuz I need 3 more Hogans. Yes 3. I'm Hulkaddict.

End of rant.




Still like my E15 Yoko but this one looks good too.


DM Hulk with the bandana.  Looks off to me but havent seen anyone post this yet.


Shirt is too small for the dm if any1 was thinking of using it.

trust me your not alone man.. i just said in another thread , i hate hunting these.. even with a good tool like the tracker. Problem is everyone is using it now..lol... so i think im holding off till later , im done calling target...lol.

That's a good possibility. But, I still think it's a little big. It looks like a Jakks bobblehead in my opinion, haha. Especially with Ralph's shirts on.

Congrats man! love the "family" pic. still havent got any HOF2 around me yet. but the way HOF1 is everywhere ill get em in no time. still debating grabbing another Austin lol

I actually just now opened up my HoF Hogan, and wow...totally blown away. This figure is sooooo much better than I originally thought in every way possible.

In another thread, somebody said that you need to see him in-hand to truly appreciate how good he looks, and that is totally true. The torso really does look fine after all, as does the bandanna, which doesn't look so 'hat-like'

I'm arguing that this is the best Hogan head scan to date; the likeness is uncanny and also accurate to the early 90s era. Though left unpainted, he does have a few little strands of hair on top of his head. I'm debating whether or not to paint these. It looks great as-is but it may also be an improvement. I'll probably try it and see if I like it, if not I'll just remove it.

One small fix up I did real quick was I swapped hands with a basic modern Hogan since I like the slightly larger 'cena' hand molds, and I really wanted this hulkster to have a fist.

Overall, I honestly think this is my favorite Hogan figure by Mattel thus far. If they re-tooled this head and gave him an angry/snarling expression, it would be a perfect nWo Hollywood Hulk Hogan. The hair length and style, face shape, and bandanna would all work perfectly for Hollywood (again, just retool to make angry/vicious). A lot of people are remarking that the head is large and I think that's so it'll look right on bigger bodies in the future.

I'm impressed, brother!! And kudos to Mattel for doing this attire; it's different and it marks a historic, albeit controversial event in WWE history.

100% agree. I had no idea about the wristbands having hulkamania in them and the face looks great. I hope the next scan we get isn't a smiling scan. Between this an elite 34 it's time for a serious look. Def glad they made this attire. My 1 complaint is the belt. It needs the buckle. The Jakks belt looks way better on him.
