It's still an excuse. He has been on top for since 2006. In that time period he can't put over a guy clean, with no excuses and no bullcrap? That's my problem. Austin was on top for 4. Hogan was on top for 10 but it was a completely different time period. Hogan drew 33 MILLION people to watch him face Andre the Giant on MTV. When did Cena ever do that? Never. Hogan still put over Warror, 100% Clean. But Cena can't. It won't hurt him to put 1 guy over clean. He put Rock over clean but a year later said he wasn't focused and then beat Rock at 29. He put Lesnar over clean but said he "got too cocky" and then he would have won if Rollins didn't interfere at NOC. It's the same old $hit. Hell, EVEN TRIPLE H, the guy who never put anyone over was forced to put over Cena! Nothing that anyone says can make me believe that Austin will beat Cena clean with no excuse and no rematch. No way. Cena sold out MetLife Stadium. Cena sold out the Allstate Arena. Cena sold out Ford Field. Cena sold out the SunLife Stadium. Cena sold out every Wrestlemania he's ever been in, and draws millions on Raw every week. Cena has put over in major Pay-Per-View main events recently: Daniel Bryan The Miz Randy Orton The Rock Rusev Brock Lesnar Seth Rollins Batista Chris Jericho And countless others. You may dislike him, but saying he's never put anyone over or that he doesn't draw fans is just asinine. Give me a ing break. So you're telling me that each and every single one of those people that bought a ticket only went to see Cena, even though half of them chant that he sucks. Bull ing crap! On the same shows where guys like The Rock, The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar are wrestling it's only Cena that drew all of those people. HAHAHAHAHA!! Funny. It is now time to go through each and every single guy you mentioned and pull out the excuse to why Cena lost and pull out any rematches that happened where he won. Daniel wins clean. The next night on Raw, Cena comes out and waves his baseball sized elbow around. The excuse is that he lost because of his elbow. Inferring that he would have won if his elbow wasn't injured. The Miz didn't beat him clean and never beat him clean. This was about 4 years ago now first off. Second off, At Wrestlemania 27 the match ended in a double countout. When the match restarted, The Rock cost Cena the match. Only for Cena to beat him for the title a month later. WOW. Where did the Miz go after that? Into an irrelevant tag team with R-Truth and is now a jobber. What a way to put him over. Randy Orton? Give me a ing break. There has not been one time where Cena has lost to Orton in a one on one match without an excuse or a rematch where he won or would have won if. Name me one... The Rock? Really? Let me put this into perspective for you. John Cena lost to The Rock at Wrestlemania 28 after Cena made a "Mistake" by using the people's elbow that the Rock countered. He used this as an excuse on the go home show for Wrestlemania 29 for his loss to the Rock the previous year. He said he "got to cocky" and "made a mistake." He then beat the Rock CLEAN at Wrestlemania 29 without a single excuse from the Rock. Pfffft. Rusev. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You mean when he beat Cena at Fast Lane after Lana distracted the ref and Rusev kicked him in the nuts causing him to lose. NOT CLEAN! Cena then went on to beat him CLEAN at Mania, CLEAN at Extreme Rules, and CLEAN at Payback. Rusev has now lost Lana and is now a Bulgarian again. LOL!! His career is done! He lost all of his momentum. He is done. Thanks Cena. Brock Lesnar. This is a funny one. When Cena lost clean to Lesnar at Summerslam I was happy. But then, 2 weeks later Cena shows up on Raw and beats the entire Wyatt family in a 3 on 1 handicapped match and says that the only reason he lost to Lesnar at Summerslam was because he "wasn't focused." They then had a rematch at Night of Champions where Cena gave Lesnar 4 AA's and pinned Lesnar but Rollins interfered and broke up the pin. Basically, Cena would have won if it wasn't for Rollins interfering. Seth Rollins has never beaten Cena clean in a one on one match. Next. Batista. HAHAHAHA!!! LOL. You mean the guy that Cena threw off of a car and broke his back retaining his WWE Championship, forcing him to say "I Quit" and causing him to retire? Yep. He has beaten Cena clean once, in 2008. When it was revealed that Cena suffered a herniated disk. After the match it became a perception that Cena lost because of the herniated disk in his back. Causing the announce team to talk about "What would have happened if?" It's okay, because Cena got his revenge in a rematch in 2009. Chris Jericho. Never put him over clean without an excuse or a rematch where he won. So me saying that Cena has never put anyone over clean while he has been on top is justified. Last time I checked, losing clean is when you lose with no excuses. All I see is excuse after excuse after excuse. Bring up other names and I can pull out the excuses that him and the WWE had for those losses too. Hulk Hogan put over people clean, Stone Cold put over people clean, The Rock put over people clean, Macho Man put over people clean, Sting put over people clean. Why can't Cena? Also, to say that it was only Cena, and Cena alone that sold out all of those Wrestlemania's would be asinine. With guys like the Rock, The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar on the card, you would think that people would pay money to see them, but by your logic it's only Cena. Even though 50% of every crowd chants that he sucks. Last time I checked, the ratings have gone down since Cena has been on top. This is my opinion and it won't be changed.

Even though 50% of every crowd chants that he sucks. Last time I checked, the ratings have gone down since Cena has been on top. This is my opinion and it won't be changed. 1) Even if half the crowd are saying "Cena sucks" they bought a ticket to see him. I may not think John Cena is a great wrestler, but I was incredibly invested in his match with Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam 2013 and against CM Punk at Money in the Bank 2011. If you like him, you want to see him win. If you hate him, you want to see him lose. 2) I still don't believe this whole "Cena used the elbow excuse." He mentioned it and left. However, that's all that was made of it. It wasn't thrown around a lot to make Daniel look bad. Even during the Slammy Raw later in the year, Cena again stated that Bryan beat him. He didn't say "Bryan beat me because my elbow was busted". Argument invalid. 3) I agree that he didn't put over the Miz clean. He wasn't supposed to and that's fine. 4) Randy Orton did beat John Cena clean at Hell in a Cell 2009. They both used weapons, but Orton beat him with no excuses, interference or nonsense. Argument invalid. 5) I wouldn't use the Rock as an example. The ENTIRE point was to make money and put Cena over. 6) Rusev did not beat Cena clean. Agreed. Same for Seth Rollins and Chris Jericho. 7) Batista did beat John Cena clean. SummerSlam 2008. Please check your facts. 8) Brock Lesnar DESTROYED John Cena. You saw it as Cena would have beaten Brock at NOC, but I didn't. It takes a ton to beat Brock. Yea, he was close but that's because the top guy in the company HAS TO LOOK GOOD. Cena nearly beating Brock didn't take anything away from the beatdown that Brock did at SummerSlam. I give Cena a ton of credit for getting destroyed like that. Name me ONE OTHER TOP GUY that would have let Brock obliterate them like that. 9) The ratings going down can't totally be on John Cena. Part of it is pro wrestling in general. It's no longer the hot thing that it was in the late 90's. Ratings have been declining since BEFORE Cena was the top guy. In conclusion, some of the people Spice listed were incorrect about Cena putting them over, but you were also incorrect in a ton of things.

Like I said, not every single person that goes to the WWE Shows pays to see John Cena. They pay to be entertained. If John Cena isn't entertaining to them they have the right to dislike him and they have the right to boo him. I was incredibly invested in his match with the Rock at 28 because I wanted Cena to lose. For once, I was actually satisfied at the end of a Cena match. When Cena won the Rumble and Rock won the title I got so ing pissed because I knew it only meant one thing. Cena was going over The Rock. All of these rumors went out on the internet about Cena turning heel and winning, and I didn't buy a single one of them. I knew that at Wrestlemania 29 we were going to see that same old crap which is, CENA WINS LOL. I didn't watch 29 and stopped watching for an entire year because of Cena. Seeing the ratings go down since Cena has been on top is a clear indication to me that Cena is a failure. He had one job, to be the squeaky clean babyface and he FAILED. Half of the crowd boos him, the ratings went down (in my opinion its because of cases similar to mine) and the WWE went PG. "But he sells merchandise" WHO THE CARES! If I dont find him entertaining merchandise numbers doesn't justify someone who I don't find entertaining being shoved down my throat. Even so, Cena has about three times as much merchandise than everyone else and his character is targeted toward the demographic that will buy the most t-shirts. The WWE claims to be for all demographics, it's not true. If they were smart they would appeal to the 18-49 male demographic. Because they watch TV the most and are more likely to spend money on your product. So why oh why are they appealing to little kids and soccer moms? I don't know. "Why am I still watching" The fact is I'm a passionate wrestling fan and I have been watching since I was a little kid. Now, the WWE slaps people in the face just like me because I have a descenting opinion and I don't like what they put on TV. them and Cena. With your first point, If I am watching Raw I AM NOT watching for Cena. Why would anyone think that? Half of them chant Cena sucks but then they buy a ticket just to see Cena, that's stupid. With your next statement, as a Cena hater you constantly get the short end of the stick. Guy after guy after guy after ing guy is forced to job to this bum. Rarely does Cena ever lose a feud because they have to cater to all of the John Cena fans who will wet the bed if he doesn't win. He lost to Bryan clean. The next night they did close ups on his elbow. Bryan also used his elbow as an advantage during the match. To me, this infers that Cena lost because of his elbow. To each is own. With Randy Orton at Hell in a Cell. He tapped out to the STF but there was a ref bump and he didn't see it. So Cena won but the ref didn't see it. NOT CLEAN point invalid. The Rock counts as an example. I am a huge Rock fan and he put Cena over. That made me stop watching wrestling for a ing year. Garbage ass Cena has had the ing world on a silver platter and when he beat the Rock squeaky clean with no heel turn, it solidified that the WWE was going to continue to shove Cena down people's throats no matter how many boos he gets. Batista beat Cena clean at Summerslam 2008, which was 7 years ago. Although Cena did win in the rematch LOL. The Rock, Macho Man, Hulk Hogan, Sting, Bret Hart all would have let a ing beast who was white hot and beat the biggest streak in wrestling obliterate them. Because they know what's beat for business. You're giving Cena too much credit, AGAIN. At NOC, It was crystal clear that Cena would have won if Rollins didn't interfere and it pisses me the off. I don't care how blind people are, it was made crystal clear that Cena was about to beat Brock if it wasn't for Rollins interfering. Hell, Cena said it on Raw a few weeks in a row to take away the damage of his loss to Brock because of his socially insecure fanbase. So the stadiums selling out can be credited on Cena but the ratings can't be. Bullcrap excuse. In conclusion, you were also incorrect on a ton of things. In the end it's all a matter of opinion, in my opinion Cena is garbage and I can't stand him. If you like Cena, i don't care. But this all started when I said that Cena wouldn't put Austin over clean without a rematch or an excuse and I stand by that based on his horrible track record.

If I could see Phil Brooks come back and give Austin his final match. I'd be happy. Total fantasy wish.

No part-timers taking up the top spots on the card It's best you don't waste 4hrs of your life watching WM 32 then.

Rollins vs hhh in triple hs retirement match. I don't want trip to go but I don't want him too hang around too long so people get sick of him (like big show). For Rollins to defeat him with the pedigree would be legendary however shield triple threat for the wwe world heavyweight championship sounds good too.
