It would be cool if they offered free shipping on orders over $50 like some other online stores do. I just hate that i have to spend so much just to use the 10% off code to cancel out the shipping costs. But the main thing that's bad about rsc is that how does a loose accessory cost $5 to ship? I sell on eBay and it's less than $2 to mail something that's less than 1 oz. They're making profits off shipping even if it's a small percentage, so i call bull shi! to anyone here who says that rsc is an honest business. Their shipping rates are what they are there's no profit. They don't make them up they have a contract with the shippers (USPS/ups/FedEx) and every carrier gives them shipping rates already programmed into their computer software, bases on the size of their business. And factored into those rates are the carriers supplies as well as daily scheduled pickup and deliveries, drop trailers off, fuel and man power that the carriers use to service that company on a daily practice. A one facility operation like RSC is going to have much higher shipping rates compared to larger worldwide companies and someone who sells on eBay and goes to their local p/o or gives a package to their mailman.

I'd just be happier if the International shipping was a bit less.

I'd just be happier if the International shipping was a bit less. We wish international shipping was less as well. We are charging you pretty much exactly what the carriers charge us. If you know of a way we can ship to you internationally that costs less, please let me know! The 10% off WFIGS code does help.

I sell on eBay and it's less than $2 to mail something that's less than 1 oz. We don't sell many items that are less than 1 oz. Also, for the shipping that costs you less than $2 to mail you get no tracking number. As a business that accepts credit cards and PayPal we cannot ship anything to a customer without a tracking number. Just imagine how upset you would be if we didn't provide you with a tracking # for a purchase. Also if you don't get your package we have no way to check the status. They're making profits off shipping even if it's a small percentage, so i call bull shi! to anyone here who says that rsc is an honest business. We provide you with your full shipping cost up front, I don't understand what is dishonest about that? You can then decide if it is worth it or not. The shipping is very close to what the carriers actually charge us. In addition on many orders I see the 10% off WFIGS discount code cover most of the shipping cost making the shipping only a few dollars or free.

Well, now we're living in the the world of "ifs". the fact of the matter is that the HBK figure is a exclusive, it is 27 dollars and a defining moments is a regualar retail figure. Point being it shouldn't cost more. For the HBK Limited Edition Exclusive we are charging $25.20 after the WFIGS discount code. My local store charges $19.99 for Elites. If the price is too high for you, you can simply choose not to purchase the item. Why the hard feelings? We posted a reply in the Pre-Order thread explaining the DDP situation due to an issue with Mattel. If you wait for future shipments he will be cheaper or feel free to buy DDP in the retail store of your choice. Please don't take this so personally. That's like telling American Airlines not to charge more money for extra legroom seats or first class because you don't like paying a higher price. We are simply providing a service for collectors who are interested in the convenience we offer. If you are not, no hard feelings, you are free to buy from any store you'd like. If we did not exist how would that make your ability to find a certain figure any easier? You can buy all of your figures at TRU, WalMart, etc. whether we exist or not. You seem to enjoy the free benefits of our existence like participating here on our message board and the new figure coverage we provide on this site to you at no cost. We are a small specialty retailer simply providing a premium service to those who value the convenience and service we provide. If you don't value the convenience we provide you can simply not purchase from us. Most figures are purchased at major stores like TRU, Walmart, etc. It's sad that you want every specialty retailer to be out of business and only a few multi billion dollar corporations to sell this product.

RSC is a business. They have to make money to stay afloat. Not to mention, they're in New York where basically everything costs more.
Some folks are too hard on Ringside. .
I've been shopping with them about 4 years and they've done me nothing but good.
Oh and if I think something is too expensive, I simply don't buy it. Pretty damn easy.

I've never ordered from Ringside before, but I intend to buy the new WCT Cage from them and the Hogan exclusive. And you know what? Screw the cost, it's worth every penny!

Most figures are purchased at major stores like TRU, Walmart, etc. It's sad that you want every specialty retailer to be out of business and only a few multi billion dollar corporations to sell this product. I understand that I can buy from elsewhere. It's been established 4 times now. I knew that when I posted my first comment about this. It's not the fact that I WANT RSC to go out of business. You missed the point. My point was people shouldn't have to pay inflated prices on figures that are on average 10-15 dollars cheaper. I understand RSC has the right to post any product you want for whatever price you want. I get that. It just doesn't make sense to me and seems like you're trying to take advantage of people who don't know any better. Just saying. I also think it's unfair that you choose certain figures to up charge for no reason at all. 21.99 for a basic figure, that's more than some elite figures. Some of these prices just don't make sense. Since you're a wrestling specialty store you kind of corner the market and force most people who don't know any other outlets to pay high prices. Also, I want to make this clear, I don't HATE RSC. I don't only come on here to bash you guys, and you're right I do enjoy this forum. I glad I have a chance to speak my mind and I would hope I don't see a ban for these posts. There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism. Everyone gets it. I think a lot of us would like reasons for the blatant unwarranted price increases on certain figures. I have been a supporter for years with RSC. Since about 2005. It makes me upset when RSC says "go buy somewhere else" instead of just working with the consumers and adjusting your prices to a fair price. You have other DM figures on your site for 24.99 that's a normal price. 29.99 for sting is a bit much. Why are the other DM figures 24.99 to 27? Is there a reason for the 30 dollar increase on sting? I apologize I didn't see the post about DDP. But why again was he on your site for 34.99? Now he has been taken down as I can see right now. I'm not trying to attack RSC I would just like explainations for this that's all. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I appreciate the response from everyone who responded to this, and hopefully these type of discussions don't just go away. Again, I'm really not trying to come off as a jerk.

I thought the shipping price to Canada was decent actually. Yes there are border fees, etc but the trick is to make bigger orders to make it worth while. Ordering sale items helps too. A generally rule I have as a Canadian with the exchange rate is to make sure you are paying no more than around $20 for Elites and $10 for Basics. This allows you to get the RSC exclusives for the higher price.

ACON, all that I can tell you is that you are making a lot of false inflammatory accusations when you have zero actual knowledge about our business. You would not be happy unless we had unlimited quantities of every single figure at Wal-Mart prices. That is impossible for both us to provide and for Wal-Mart to provide.
Your real anger should be toward all the scalpers on eBay and Amazon who prevent you from finding the hot new figure at your local store.

Yo I love RSC. Those of you that can't afford this hobby, stop crying. Hit Target every Saturday morning, I believe that's when they get their trucks in. Lol
