I don't know if this is a genuine mistake on Mattel's part or not but the 2 basic Bret Hart's s14 & s49 have the wrong shaped singlet. The Basic Santino body mould would've been perfect for Bret's basic singlet and it was the same shaped of the one he wore aswell and I would've liked the Hart Foundation Bret from basic 49 but the figure looks so inaccurate it puts me off buying it.
Maybe I'm wrong but I don't ever remember Bret wearing a singlet that shape during his career.

No you are right. But in fairness to the b14 they didn't have the newest Santino torso which is almost perfect for Bret. There's no reason the B49(?) figure shouldn't have it though. Plus both need a new younger scan.

Is Santino torso size a little skinny or narrow. I might be wrong because I haven't paid much attention to Santino figures.

If the basic Santino is anything like elite Santino, the body is way too skinny for Bret. If you go back and look at video of Bret, he had a pretty wide torso. Wide shoulders and wide chest. The guy was pretty big.

The guy was pretty big. There are plenty of stars that they have made close to their real size, and still maybe leaving a little wiggle room for idealization such as muscle definition or trimming a little fat. But then there are figures like Bret Hart who is too small, even as an elite. They are basically saying he is the same size as CM Punk and Miz, among others. Many others have these too small limbs or torsos. What can you do, I suppose....

If the skin tone and wrist tape were right, we could swap their arms with all the Hulkody Rhodes and Dulphimate Ziggliors. MDT's choice of who has big and small arms is just ridiculous at times. The torsos being too skinny has always been an issue with a lot of figures too, especially elites. Hopefully this year we get a Ryback that isn't a mini-Ryback.
