I want to say no. However, I saw a pic with him and Bret Hart at Survivor series and he looks to be a couple inches taller . I don't know how to post pics so maybe someone can help me out. For the longest time I thought he was out of scale but the pic has me doubting.

Better than the Legends, but still not beefy enough.

For future Elite Perfects, if we're even getting another, Mattel should use the Austin torso with a sculpted singlet imo.

Weird how this question keeps coming up every couple weeks.... Anyway, don't know if it helps, but here are some pics I posted when the question came up a few weeks ago.

Scale is one thing, the anemic skin tone of super tannes stars like Warrior, Hulk and Perfect is starting to grate a bit.
It's almost like Mattel are campaigning against the sue of sunbeds.

I can't say he's in perfect scale, but I think it's a great fig and easily one of my top 3 basics.

I can't say he's in perfect scale, but I think it's a great fig and easily one of my top 3 basics. I think from the pics Flair Forever posted the scale of the basic looks pretty accurate. (I have both elite and basic but they are MOC so I cant tell/notice) Now, bulkiness/skintone ill let others debate.

He's better than the elite, but still feels a tad too tall and too skinny. He bulked up quite a bit in the early 90's and these figures look more like Hennig in the late 80's. But, it's an action figure.

It is close enough to the point where I have no desire to buy another Mr. Perfect figure.

I don't care for either the elite or basic Mr. Perfect. When I compare the basic Perfect to the basic Hulk Hogan, they're like the same size.

Needs to be bulkier, and tanned.
