I was thinking about done of the rarest Non Hasbro items out there. The first things I could think of coincidentally were all rings
NJPW Ring CMLL Arena Mexico WCW Galoob ring
Most people have never even seen these. I was lucky to own the last two as a kid and wish I still had them. At least I've got my NJPW rings now
What you guys think is rare

Agree a boxed normal WCW galoob ring is easy to get, but the bigger box ring is harder to find, but not too rare, I've seen many

I'd say the Japanese wrestling figures by Bullmark (late '60s, early '70s). Even in Japan they're hard to find...
If it really has to be an item: Galoob Big Josh's axe-handle.

I've got this, which is pretty darn rare. I can say maybe 5 or so have shown up online in the past 15 years (aside from the same 1 or 2 being sold and re-sold a few times).

I have a Wendi Richter loose, but in pretty good shape. Haven't ever come across another one. Are they pretty rare as well? Yes they are. The 3 rare ones in the series are these two along w/JYD. Ten or so years ago, they weren't even really known to exist. 5-7 years ago a loose Piper or Wendy might have been selling loose in the few hundreds. A few have popped up here and there and they seem to have come down. I guess the real collectors got theirs and outbid each other, and the high ceilings are gone - at least for now. I keep as close an eye on trends as I can, and the past year or two Wendy has been at least twice as plentiful as Piper. JYD would be the 3rd hardest to find, and nowadays he sells quite cheap. He originally came with a chain that's almost never found loose, and often not even MOC. With the packaging design it's hard to tell if it slipped out or if they offered him with and without the chain. My MOC looks as perfect as can be but he has no chain. I'd So far rarity I'd say JYD > Richter > Piper. Loose or MOC, with MOC being tougher of course. Lastly here are a couple oddballs for ya. There's a Snuka variant which has 1 arm up and 1 arm down, exactly like his LJN figure, which fellow collector Gartwo has (or had) in his collection). That's the only one that "we" know of to exist, all the others have both arms up. And a couple years ago someone posted on here about finding a 2-pack of Hulk (arms down) and JYD, sold as a tag team. I believe it ended up selling for $3000 or so. That was the only one known to be out there as well, and no one has any history on what it was or if there were more. If you search around this site you can probably find pictures. It's awesome!

heres my rings, also the WCW Galoob US release ring is not rare, the UK is much harder to find: With Tiger Hattori, that's awesome. I want those Fujita, Nagata, Frye, and Inoki with the towel figures now that I see them, but it really is a bummer that there are no well-articulated puroresu figures. If a figma or SH Figuarts of Okada were to be announced I'd probably go through the roof.

Oops =S If you ever decide to move it, I am interested. This line is all I kept & continued to pursue after all these years.
