I have never even bought a figure from Ringside, let alone drop 1k.

Personally I do not understand why people pre order basics or elites. They are generally all over retail stores. Maybe I'm fortunate as I have about 25 different spots to hunt. The only thing I buy on ringside is exclusives and loose figures. Speaking of loose figs I need some more RSC!

Stick to Amazon. 16.99$ for figs can't be beat - just ordered Bluetista the other day. Got x-pac and jydizzle for the same price. With the target closing sale wher eI got elite 32 for 13.50 each...this year ain;t been half bad. Only thing that sucked was the 45$ I spent on Razor from RSC.

Wow! That's a whole heap of figures. I've not done that much with them, but I did buy the 1 of 15 2k14 Warrior! lol. I bet your collection is looking sweet bro! RSC and SATAN thank you for patronage.

The closest Wal-mart is 30 miles and the closet Target, K-mart, and TRU are 70 miles. There have been so many figures that I have found retail that I finally just decided to pay extra and not have to worry about finding them retail. That is why I pre-order. It really is nice to just be able to buy them the moment they go on sale and not have to worry about them until they show up on my doorstep.

The shipping kills me I just can't justify it unless I make a large order Shipping does suck, but I can justify it. While spending alot on shipping, I don't have to spend my time (Time is money) and gas driving all over the place hunting for these. Not to mention I usually have the figures 1-2 months before retail starts to get them. I've had Rusev in my display since before christmas. Series 47 just started showing up retail this week. As I stated in the opening topic, I have purchased 75 figures over the year from RSC, which averaged out to about $18.50 per figure with shipping. Now, alot of those figures were basics, but several were elites as well. Retail right now you are looking at $11 for a basic and $20-$22 for an elite. I guess you have to ask yourself if those couple extra dollars you are spending to get the figure delivered to your doorstep is worth it. I personally think it is well worth it.

Jeez, so either you aren't married, or have a kick butt job... I couldnt justify that much money into a toy hobbie, nor would my wife approve. I'm whipped, I know!

I'm married with 3 children and the 4th due in May....I work part time at a grocery store. So neither of those. lol. However, I am lucky enough to have a wife who is a RN. She makes the bulk of the cash. I am the stay at home dad for the most part. I guess you could say my wife doesn't approve of this hobby, but she knows it is important to me. So, she doesn't say much. Besides, she drinks those $5 cups of coffee every morning that add up pretty quickly. lol

I just looked at my order history since September 2013, yikes is all I can say. The worst part is that's just from Ringside, I can't even fathom how much money I've spent on figures in general since that time from retail and other places online.

I am on a ringside buying protest since my exclusive ecw punk elite had paint chipping issues and they refused to send a replacment.
I also few months before that bought all 3 of the tna beautiful people loose for 4.99 x 3 plus shipping. Then a week later they put the very same 3 figures in a 11.99 sale on there site and would not comp me the difference. Amazon does not pull that crap so I am taking my money elsewhere.
Before that i spent lots of money on every new cm punk figure they where cranking out and did not have any issues. But Ringside's customer service and return policy is just garbage. That's just my 2 cents though...

I always remember to thank my hobby, albeit expensive, because it keeps me from drinking too much. The wife and I write a budget and she makes me stick to it. Toys win over beer most days and I only drink about once a month. My liver thanks Ringside and Mattel.

BUT they're in a business to make money so who am I to tell them what to do... It's like well if you're gonna me at least buy me dinner first and maybe give me a kiss on the cheek lol RSC is is like the company that DOESN'T use lube hahaha

Toys win over beer most days and I only drink about once a month. My liver thanks Ringside and Mattel. Everyone has their vices...you're gonna waste your money on SOMETHING. Booze, smokes, drugs or a hobby... The money I used to spend on booze and weed (not that I was a big boozer) has gone to my figs instead. At least they have a resale value though and I can always look at them and appreciate them unlike peeing them down the drain and getting stuck with a hangover right

Ringside is the #1 place to buy from IMO
Good codes
The prices are expensive at first but when you wait it out they go down

I'm right there with ya bud. And at $18 average per figure that's right at retail. Sure there's some basics sprinkled in there but guess what......no gas money! RSC is all good with me, if you're smart about it.

I think I've only spent about $8 ever on rsc. Was for the Forrest griffin vs Nonna pack when it was $2.
