Bryan vs Ziggler for the fans' love. Fans' love on a pole match! Only 6 minutes, though.

How about if they make the Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler match where the winner will be inserted into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Title match, making it a Triple Threat match, exactly like last year??

The whole "Bryan doesn't sell merchandise because there is no demand" vs. "Bryan doesn't sell merchandise because they don't give him any" is not an argument worth having... it's totally chicken-and-the-egg. Cena's merch sales numbers are probably untouchable, but let's be real... it's very obvious that Vince, the creative team, and the marketing team all spend a majority of their time coming up with new stuff for him. It's hard to say whether another guy could equal or even approximate his level of success at the merch store because they haven't really tried with anyone for a while. The last guy they really got the promotional machine behind as Punk, back in the BITW era, and he outsold Cena for a while. His shirts were also really cool, too, whereas Bryan's are not. But I think if they really put some serious effort into Bryan's merch, he'd be doing just fine. Hell, he might be #2 in the company right now and he doesn't even really have a signature shirt.
I can't see from work but I'd be interested in seeing how the number of available items (not including magazines/DVDs/etc) compare for Bryan, Orton, HHH, Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker, and Roman Reigns. I'd be willing to bet Bryan has fewer unique items than all of those guys, and that's just stupid. He's the biggest babyface in wrestling and they can't figure out how to make money off of him.

The pathetic part of all this:
WWE Creative would only be making this match between two of their hottest stars out of desperation - because they don't know what else to do with them!
It is mind-boggling that a team of full-time creative writers can't come up with a decent storyline for two of the brightest young stars in WWE!
