When I mention this, I'm really just talking about the head, but Big Bossman. The uniform is great, as are accessories, but I fail to see much of his likeness on that headsculpt.
Lawler also needs a real flashback, not a "a few years ago" one. Something from his actual heyday and with a head that actually resembles him this time.
Otherwise, I'm cool with what they've made. Just because Snuka and Rick Rude aren't iconic doesn't make them bad to my eyes. They are still great looking figs. I would love to have other versions in support of rather than replacing those guys.

Hacksaw, just because I hated the jakks head sculpt I thought they'd improve but it turned out to not be any better.

For what I have so far, iron sheik with pants for me. I was so excited to update my jakks version but when I got him his articulation was horrible! also the scale was a bit on the small side Wow, really? I love that figure! It's one of my favorites from the whole line.

Billy Gunn was very underwhelming. Took some time to give him better boots, but still left me disappointed.

Diamond Dallas Page - I really want a version based on his rise to fame as a heel (circa 1995/1996), and it MUST have a non-smiling headscan (straight-faced or snarling). Also would love a stalker version but that probably isn't likely.
Randy Savage - late-WCW/team madness version, with a new headscan that actually looks like him. In my opinion none of his existing Mattel headscans really capture his likeness.
Scott Hall - NWO version with a non-smiling headscan. Smiling headscans just make him look too happy/nice, doesn't suit his character at all.
Dusty Rhodes - NWO manager version in Outsiders shirt and red jacket. New headscan too, obviously.
Syxx - NWO "thug" singlet with a new headscan (no tongue)
Lex Luger - NWO Wolfpac, ponytail, new serious headscan
The Giant - Dungeon of Doom era, slimmer build, big puffy hair and serious/staring headscan
Brian Adams - Kronik or NWO
Booker T - Harlem Heat version

Snuka and Bundy for me.
Would have preferred Snuka barefoot in short trunks and not long tights.
Bundy missed the boat for me in both head sculpt and body. The knee pads on that figure alone look like two large lunch pales. Bundy was round in the middle and his legs narrowed at the knees. The Mattel figure is kind of the opposite. The elite version also didn't bode well, as he has an eye sore ridge right above where his tights begin. I know the bend in the middle is intended for elite style articulation, but I would have much preferred a basic series Bundy with no crease in the middle. The LJN Bundy is still the best Bundy in my book.

I watched Jimmy Snuka move from the Mid-Atlantic to Georgia to the WWF and I don't know what look the Legends figure is based on. Another guy I watched move from the Mid-Atlantic to Georgia to the WWF that I would love a figure of is Roddy Piper. The scan on the Legends version is terrible.
I like the head sculpt on the Entrance Greats Piper, but I agree the Legends version is the worst! I don't know why Mattel is re-releasing in the basic line up. I would have used the Entrance Greats head sculpt if they're trying to save money.

Which Legends figures would you like to see new versions of because you were not content with the first versions? So far for me, they are: Rick Rude - I'm ok with everything but the tights. I like the short haired WCW look, but gotta have better tights. Jimmy Snuka - This figure would be fine if Jimmy had the goatee, which was part of his look when he wore the long tights, boots and afro hair. Snuka was total garbage - 3 diff era look sin one fig? Awful. Def needs a redo. Rude fig is perfect. The tights are crap BUT accurate to his last SS appearance - as is the hair-do. We just (mainly) all wanted the classic long hair (I want his Rude's Brood tights personally). Piper could use one but he was easily fixable so thats not a must imo. I'd rather he get his wcw look first. Dibiase could use a redo - although he was fixable as well. Little things I personally wasn't happy with was Hacksaw and Mr. Perfect's scale, Volkoff's (and JBL for that matter) body, dm warrior's awful face and half done coat, Andres soso scan and inexcusable small feet and hands, demolition's inexcusable scale difference and texas tornado and kerry von erichs backwards heads. Also both Nash's heads are doo doo as is Big Bossman's (that one is head scratchingly bad) ...Oh and the fact that Magnum T.A. has been in limbo and the Rougeaus got cancelled. And the worst offender after Snuak - DDP. Jesus Christ was it a terrible head scan. If I wanted a dee snider figure I'd have bought one. That sculpt is a TOTAL clusterf*ck. Everything else has been bang on...still pissed about that mountie nonsense.

Another guy I watched move from the Mid-Atlantic to Georgia to the WWF that I would love a figure of is Roddy Piper. The scan on the Legends version is terrible. his coat is from the 70's, his face is reg, the tights are from his later '3rd' wwf run (the early part) and his boots are from the latter (before his final departure) of said run when he faced taker at mania (he had big kneepads little trunks and those brown boots). Total clusterf*ck. He should have not come with the coat, his boots should have had blue and yellow in them (which was accurate to the long tights) and he should have had a goatee painted on - for the PROPER look THEY were going for. What WE wanted was basically his ljn figure. Mattel should have honestly apologized to us for that one - still waiting for it lol Such a bad, bad, bad figure... Everyone who purchased that fig is owed a 'snuka bar'.

Not sure if it's officially a legends figure, but that SDCC Ministry of Darkness Undertaker was a great one. If it was great then why was it underwhelming? cuz reading is like fundamental n sh*t...

Bruno... though I don't know what I was expecting for a hairy guy in trunks. Nah, jk. DM Hogan definitely. Legends Terry Funk is another one, while it portrays the best times in his career (like NWA, not WWF) it's not the most interesting attire. It's actually his wwf run with JYD. That fig is perfect (except tech the chaps should have been white not that off yellow) but YEAH WWF.

My gripe with Bundy is the way his singlet bunches up around the thighs...

I added that little comment because of the "while it portrays the best times in his career" to clarify I wasn't talking about his WWF run...which I didn't do very well
