I've been to 4 targets today. Saw 300 warriors 200 Austin's 100 Trish...ZERO SLAUGHTERS! What is the deal here? Very frustrating. Is this a short pack situation or are the ebay pirates scooping Sarge up everywhere to jack him up to $55 on ebay?

I've heard of cases without Trish and cases without Slaughter. Even cases with just Warrior and Austin in them.

I think it's 3 Austins and 3 warrior per and 1 trish and 1 slaughter per case I lucked out and employees from my target went and got me everyone when they were still in the backroom .once
They hit the Floors a week or two ago all it is is austin and warrior left now.

Both Sarge and Trish are 1 per case and Warrior and Austin are 3 per case. And Sarge is the best in the set if you ask me. And he also is a version that many collectors have been asking for since the Legends series 1 figure was shown. So he is the one that will sell first.

At the final Target I went to today there was 5 Trish's (I asked target employees it was every h.o.f. box they had stocked today on the pegs)
That means 5 Sarge's went in one day...I think the ebay trolls are all over this Slaughter figure.

Can't really blame Mattel for wanting to play it safe. Business-wise, out of the 4, which one do you think has the most potential to shelfwarm? It's nothing new, either. They do this to the Basic and regular Elite line. We just have to deal with it.

My target had one Austin and no Slaughter, Warrior, or Trish. I don't know when I'm going to be back hunting for more since both Targets closest to me are a far drive away. I was thinking Austin would be toughest to find.

My son went to target with his aunt a few weeks ago and came back asking for the wrestler with the green hat (my son is three and a half) went back a few days later and luckily I was able to grab the last slaughter they had for him. But yea every target I've been had multiple warriors and Austins, a few Trishs and rarely do I see a slaughter.

He does seem to be the hardest to find in the set. Trish is supposed to be just as limited, but I've seen multiples of her at retail and no Slaughters.
I gave in and bought one from Evil Bay. He was $29 + $9 for shipping. More than I wanted to pay, but I figured if It keeps me from having to constantly call Target store or constantly check the Inventory Checker, and keeps me from having to drive an hour to check in Target stores ( only to come up empty handed), I could justify paying a little more. It saved me from a lot of headache trying to track him down.
Would the spelling error on the package have anything to do with it? Maybe they produced so many and then caught it. Then while they were fixing it, maybe they did some cases without Slaughter ( because people have reported cases without him). Probably not, but just a thought.

I've seen slaughter at 2 targets the first had paint app dots on his face picked him up when I found him again a few weeks ago.
I'm not hell bent on keeping him, it's MOC, so maybe I can help someone out in a trade if ya still struggle to find him

mase307 sells Sgt. Slaughter (and the rest of the Hall of Fame series) for $27 a piece. They're $21 at my Target and you save on traveling and disappointment. Sometimes a few extra bucks is way worth it.

I saw the series once. A local friend snatched up Slaughter and a Warrior and I got Trish, Warrior and an Austin. Kind of disappointed in myself for not getting the Slaughter but oh well. Also disappointed our Target only got one case.

My target only had one case total received. They've already removed the price stickers. So I guess they aren't getting anymore cases. No sarge for me.
