Hello, everyone. First time poster, long time guest to the website. I was wondering if any of you have any of the Japanese "Mini Big Heads" figures for sale. I'm looking for the more harder to find figures in the set such as: Great Muta - Spider Version, Muta (Darth Maul version), Stan Hansen, Bruiser Brody, Tiger Mask, etc... P.S., yes, I am aware of the vendor that sells the mini big head figures on ebay.

Yeah I am in search of these as well but it should go in the classifieds section. I also don't want to get them from ebay but its come to the point where I might have to.

Yahoo auctions usually have a bunch listed at any time.

I have bought about 6 from that seller on ebay - really quick delivery and easy to deal with.

I have bought about 6 from that seller on ebay - really quick delivery and easy to deal with. I purchased about 8 Mini Big Heads from the exact same vendor(susi-sumo-jpn) plus, two of the "Figure and Ring" mystery box sets (back before the prices of many of the Muta figures jumped to $20+). Recently, I was able to track down one of the rarest "Mystery Box" Mini Big Heads figures by simply asking ANOTHER ebay vendor who also sold figures from the Mini Big Heads line if they had the figure in stock. It turns out they did (and they didn't even have the figure listed on ebay, could you believe it?). Will post an update on the mystery box figure as soon as it arrives. Might also post a pic of my Mini Big Heads collection if anyone is interested.

Would love to see that collection. Never owning one, I always wondered, are they battery operated? No, the Mini Big Heads/Pro Kaku Heroes are not battery operated. The Double AA battery is just a size comparison used to show how big the figures are. In my travels, I also found a Japanese website that still sells the Mini Big Head figures. It seems there is one Kokushi Muso left, but, the vendor does not ship to foreign countries. Still very cool to check out all the figures (and mystery figures) in the collection. Take a look: www.genkiya-kobe.com/mainpage.php?cate2_cd=77

Great to see another fan of these! I'm honestly tempted to sell my mattel/jakks Legends (Apart from WCW/nWo) to focus on just Puro figures. The Muta ones are by far my favorite too I also love how anything I order from Japan on ebay, I get free stuff too! Had loads of the 90s trading cards and extra mini figures. I just recently got some Rainmaker money free in my last order!

The Japanese full sized Charapro/Character Product Puro figures are some of my favorites. Definitely tempted to track down a full sized Charapro Abdullah The Butcher and perhaps a Great Muta (Darth Vader version) just because they look so darn cool. A couple years ago, I ordered a porcelain mask from Japan and to my surprise, my parcel came loaded with tons of greasy, extra salty Japanese snacks and shoe advertisements. Another parcel from China included a card with my new favorite saying "we wish you a happy every day".

My deathmatch Muta MOC came today and it came with some herbal drinks and an Olympic wristband. The parcel was all packaged with Japanese wrestling magazine pages too. All the Japanese figures are my favorites, I love them way more than American ones by far which is why I'm thinking of selling/reducing my WWE collections since there all moc. I just dont have enough room and would rather collect Puro stuff. Which was the rare "Figure and Ring" mystery box sets you manage to get? Did you know which one you was getting too? I know susi-sumo-jpn sends you the box and everything it came in, buy you know which one you get before you buy it like the other items.

I know susi-sumo-jpn sends you the box and everything it came in, buy you know which one you get before you buy it like the other items. Just my luck, I messaged a seller on ebay who just so happened to sell Charapro figures and they had one of the figures I was after. That figure was the Mini Big Heads Great Muta Spider version (pictured above); while not the rarest figure in the series, it still commands a hefty price tag over ebay. As for the "Figure and Ring" sets, yes, if you purchase the sets through Susi-Sumo-jpn, you do get the original blind box that the figures originally came in; as the seller states, the pictures you see online through Susi-sumo are just samples. When ordered, you get the blind box and the figures still sealed; ready to assemble (or keep mint ). I would love to get my hands on this particular Abdullah vs Terry Funk figure and ring set. Any sellers out there?

UPDATE: take a look at what just arrived!: (Left to right: Great Muta G (white and black facepaint version) - Volume 9 Keiji Mutoh (Kokushi Musoh version) - Volume 1 Great Muta (Jason X/Mechanical version B) - Volume 1.5 and Great Muta D (Darth Maul version) - Volume 6 What I really like about the Kokushi Muso Mini Big Head is the fact that Muso's Monk hat can be removed to reveal a better look at the figure's "Tattoos". Very cool. Only downside is Muso's hat falls off easily. Then again, there's always superglue. These cards also came with my last two Great Muta orders as bonuses. Being a Keiji Mutoh/Muta mark, I especially loved the Muta vs Nita "Battle Of Last Summer" card. My entire mini figure collection up to date. Now, I'm looking for this particular figure: Hakushi. Last time I seen this figure, it was going for 45$ a piece on ebay and sold out.

Others that I have from AJPW Ah, yes, the "Georgia Emblem" figures created by Bo Ford. Lot's of great legends I'd like to get my hands from that line (especially your Road Warriors set). The same company also responsible for the Figure and Ring" sets that I have displayed. Bonus points for the SOMA capsule figures you have peaking out of the corner of that pic, too. Did you know the "IWGP CHAMPIONS" figures were attached and sold as promotional goodies on the tops of Georgia Coffee cans in Japan? Just goes to show you how much the Japanese love their Wrestling. The Ultimo Dragon 20th anniversary set is also another great collection that I have been eying for some time now. The presentation box that the figures come packaged in just says "class" all over.

UPDATE: guess who I managed to track down? Pro Kaku Heroes - Mini Big Head "Hakushi" which came packaged with his original Volume 1 blind-box! Notice the "Character Product" (or "Charapro" as the manufacturer is famously known) stickers featured on the figure's unopened bag? I especially like the holographic sticker placed to at the upper left. As an extra bonus, this particular order featured a bonus Mini Big Head: "Takeshi Rikiō" from the All Japan volume of Mini Big Heads included as a surprise. The volume 1 packaging also contained a small, doubled sided pamphlet which featured every mini-figure available to collect in Volume 1. The "secret" mystery figure (not pictured) is also included in the pamphlet covered in a black silhouette. A pretty neat extra! The Hakushi figure fresh out of his packaging and complete with entrance attire. Just like his former tag-team partner, Hakushi's Monk hat can also be removed to reveal Hakushi's Buddhist scripture "Tattoos". Once again, very cool.

Any chance ajpw mini big heads are your next collection to start? Thank you. I've learned to be patient and deal directly with vendors from Japan for the best deals. It never hurts to send Japanese vendors private messages over sites like Ebay with inquiries about the figures that you are after. To answer your question: I don't intend on tracking down a complete set; just figures of the Wrestlers whom I like (Abdullah, Mutoh, Misawa, Shinzaki, Tiger Mask, Hansen, etc). BUT, I did manage to find a COMPLETE set of Mini Big Head figures from the ALL JAPAN Volume which is STILL AVAILABLE and can be shipped worldwide! For roughly $108, you get: - the entire Mini Big Head Volume. 3? standard figure set - the Mini Big Head "NOAH" ring - PLUS, the special Mitsuharu Misawa SECRET mystery figure! Depending on some sites, the Misawa Secret figure and the NOAH ring are worth the $108 alone. It seems you also get a certificate, too! Here's the link: www.toudoukan.com/shop/goods/$/id/1040189/
