I'm honestly gona lose it on any employee who tries this lazy retail garbage with me today or tomorrow as I hunt for these. I called every target in the area on xmas eve and every store said they had none. But who knows if they even actuatlly punched the DCPI Into anything. Around Black Friday I had a woman on the phone from Walmart tell me they had tons of E32.i mainly wanted rey and asked if she could hold one for me which she said she could not do because it was a "sale item". I drove the 20 minutes all excited and when I got there NOT ONE E32 FIGURE I sware I was so mad I wish I knew that employees name so I could've made her realize why she should never lie to someone on the phone like that. I am taking employee names down ever since this occurance. Not sure what you're expecting? None of the stores have employees that are knowledgeable about toys or anything in the department, they just put out what the have in stock and that's it. Why even bother calling, you aren't going to find anyone that will know what you are talking about, and they're all trained to tell you yes, just to get you to come to the store and hopefully buy something. Employees also are not supposed to go into the back and get merchandise, and will get in trouble for doing so. If it's not on the shelf, then it's usually for a reason. No one is going to care if you take down an employees name, and if you make a stink about it, it's only going to make you look like a lunatic. All They have to do is punch a code into a machine and it tells them if it's In Stock or not. At least what we are dealing with here at target. I know it's a vigorous task and askin a lot out of the employee man.>_> ...but it's their job. I ve worked retail for 3 years total now at two different stores and "employees aren't supposed to go in the back and look for stuff because they'll get in trouble " is NONSENSE. More like I'll get in trouble for NOT helping the customer find what they are looking for! All this woman had to do was go to the wrestling toy aisle (She worked in the TOYS dept so yes she should have a small idea about toys) and see if they actually had the item i was looking for. Instead she lied. flat lied. And I'm sure if I took her name down and told that story to her manager it would'nt be a case of "no one cares " I've been complained about for a lot less and been spoken to for it. Even got suspended once because a customer Wasnt happy with my service. These companies don't have this "oh we are just a crappy little college kid employer ". Stores like target and Walmart are HUGE businesses and they need to provide as good customer service as any other major business.

Not sure what makes you think people work in any specific department at Target, but they don't. You're either on the register, or you're a floater assisting to stock shelves. If the employee is claiming that what is on the shelf is all they have, they are most likely not lying, and if they are, how do you know? The price scanner is not always 100% accurate, and as long as the employee isn't rude to you, they aren't going to get in trouble. They WILL get in trouble for going to the back and bringing out stock for a customer, because if it does happen to be in the back, it's usually because there's already enough product on the shelf, or someone didn't want it out yet. The employees are there to help you, not cater to you.

The woman I talked to flat out lied about having zero in stock. She was polite on the phone, but I would prefer she said they were too busy to pull something from the backroom rather than say the store had none. When I got to the store 45 minutes later, I asked a random guy, he called the back with his walkie-talkie thing. They were super fast, all it took was a few minutes. BTW, Target has been great to me every time. The woman on the phone just dropped the ball.

Employees usually tell me the "what we have on the shelf is all we Havel" lazy garbage. So id rather just do it myself. But Idont see a . Keypad where I can punch in the number. They have the same scanners at my Target stores. If its the kind that just has 4 black buttons across the bottom, press the 4th button. It should open a touchscreen menu so you can type in the dcpi number. Hope this helps. Just tried this. Mine has the 4 black buttons "A-D" I push the last one and nothing comes up I push the other buttons and nothing comes up. Just the "scan for price" screen that dosent change at all.

Im sorry it didn't work. Half the scanners are jacked up at one of my local stores. I had to go to several before I found one that would work correctly and let me type in the info. Perhaps try multiple scanners if you didn't today?

Target in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina put them out this morning. 2 Trish's, 2 Slaughter's, and a crap ton of Warrior's and Austin's. I picked up Warrior and Slaughter. As much as I love Trish Stratus, I have zero desire to collect any diva past or present. I also had no interest in buying Stone Cold even though I was a huge fan of his but once I saw the awesomeness of a figure, I caved in and bought it.

Target exclusive means a US exclusive... pi$$es me off that the UK miss out on more great figures again. I know that most people on here won't care too much but I do wish Mattel would acknowledge that they're not doing collectors outside of America any favours.

I hate that these are Target exclusives. I only have one Target in my area and it is useless. It never got one case of the Rocky exclusive and the shelves sit bare for months at a time. I have no faith that I will ever find these at retail.
