See, Cena had nothing to gain from winning. At the same time Wyatt losing didn't hurt him at all. The months following didn't help him those.
At the end of the day it was one of those matches where the outcome made no real difference.
Besides having Cena and the Undertaker fall to monsters may have damaged some children.

Did Bray need to win at WrestleMania? No Did Cena need to win at WrestleMania? No
Should Bray have won out or at least looked stronger in the feud than he did? Yes Would he still have just moved into the pointless feud with Chris Jericho? Yup

Yeah, this is something that always bothers me when it gets brought up, which seems like every few days now :/
Would it have mattered? It was a midcard feud; Evolution/Shield was always gonna be the main focus, thus in theory keeping all that the same, leading up really to where we are now. It wouldn't have mattered at all.

Hell yes there is no reason. at this point in his career that Cena should go over any young talent.

Hell yes there is no reason. at this point in his career that Cena should go over any young talent. Yes there is. If the guy who has been the man for the past ten years and a 15 time world champion lost to every young talent he went up against, it'd look ridiculous. And after a while it'd look like something that not many guys in the last ten years could do was pretty easy.

No.
Should he have looked stronger at Extreme Rules? Yes.
Should he have won at Payback? Yes. That loss wouldn't have hurt Cena.

Nope. Had Undertaker won, it's more likely that Bray would have beaten Cena.
Regardless, I hate you for making me think of that feud...

No Wyatt didn't need to win at Mania.

In retrospect, I think going over at Payback would have done more for Bray.

Yes he absolutely should've won. We disagree. We must fight to the death.

at the time I thought it was make or break for Wyatt but it turns out nearly a year later and he's in the same spot, I think Bray is one of the rare stars that both the fans and WWE like but at the moment is doing so well in the mid card why rush him away from it, for me there's nothing to dislike about Bray the character has so much depth already he's a literal gold mine for storyline potential. Who is sister Abigail What's the story behind rowan and Harper Who was the figure from hell in a cell

Yes.
He should've won at Payback if not.

I would have had Bray beat Cena for sure, but they think just working with him at all is a good enough rub. I don't see it that way, but it's whatever. If it was my call Bray would have been in a fued with Taker instead, and then maybe they could have gotten some long term benefit from breaking the streak.

Yeah , I was sure he was going to win. The fact that Cena won really showed me how far up he's in Vinces ass.
